Dunkin has really started to go downhill in terms of quality. 2 bagels with nothing on them and a donut for $6.26??? Really? The bagels used to be decent, now they've suffered shrinkflation and a quality dip. The people were great though.

After having a horrible experience at the Norwich Dunkin on Salem Turnpike it was a serious relief to have Jess take our order like a professional. We were greeted with warm smiles and a bit of laughter between the girls. Absolutely replacing our Norwich trips to Taftville!
Updating 4 years later, STILL my favorite Dunkin!

Truly the best service I have ever received at a Dunkin Donuts

Drive through gals are my favorite and they never get my coffee wrong. However, sometimes you run into a cranky one - not one of the regular employees though. :) so on a daily basis they’re my favorite dunkin to go to!

Well lit, well stocked up with donuts. Service was as quick as it could be for a busy drive through location. I ordered inside and the wait was still short.

The crew at this Dunkin was so friendly and kind. You can tell they appreciated us. Thanks for the lovely pleasantries added to our morning.

Stopped here on our way home from our long trip to Pennsylvania, walked in and was greater by such a lovely women behind the register, she took our orders so quick and right . Their restrooms were open and very very clean, there was a very polite older women who called me honey which I love and think is respectful to call customers lead me to where my coffee was. I tasted my iced latte and it was made PERFECTLY ! I wish every dunkin had this type of crew in it ! Great employees!

ALL EMPLOYEES (That work drive thru) SHOULD TAKE LESSONS FROM THIS YOUNG MAN!!!!!
I hate when I get to order and I hear
(What can I get for you) or my personal favorite is. (can I you something )
I hate when they sound like I'm bothering them. I drove to your place of work to help you keep a job and they sound like I just interrupted them form their snapchat Facebook Instagram updates.

This is a super busy DD!!! But it’s still my favorite snd the only one I go to because of the staff. They have sooooo many wonderful people working there whom are all extremely nice and pleasant!!! I wish I knew all their names but unfortunately I do not. HOWEVER..... the one girl Kylie ( not sure if I spelled it right ) is by far my absolute favorite! Not just at this Dunkin but at anyplace I go. She is EXTREMELY Friendly and always in a good mood and soooo much fun to chat with while waiting for my delicious veggie egg white wraps. Sometime I go just for conversation lol. She is an asset to this location and company.
