I work for a large company and we needed to find a restaurant that would do 250 boxed lunches for our employees. The Subway in Norwich CT was the only one willing to help us out. The Manager, Shay, was super helpful! She communicated everything clearly and went above and beyond to help us get everything ready to pick up. She did an excellent job and we will continue to go there for any of our catering needs! If you are in need of catering for any size crowd...call Shay at the Norwich, CT Subway! You won't be disappointed.
Vegetables and meat looks really fresh compared to other branches I’ve been to. Nice taste and great service too.
They sure have come back from the brink. Everyone is nice and the store is clean. Service is fast. Good job Glad I gave them another chance.
First impressions - amazing. Tyler was the one on, really nice & efficient. They're open until 11pm everyday, I got there right before 10pm tonight. He was taking care of another customer when I walked in, but still said hello to me in a genuine tone. He chatted a bit with me as he made my sandwiches, he was pleasantly surprised when I told him they have an almost flawless rating on Google maps.. so far I can see why they do!
Nothing bad to say so far. I'm usually looking for food around this time, would definitely drive back again out of the way (New London) to get my sandwiches. Good customer service makes already good food taste better! :-)
I experienced the best customer service tonight. I was greeted when I walked in and the young sandwich artist made my sandwiches perfectly. Dante was so friendly and I am so grateful for someone with excellent customer service skills. Thank you so much. I appreciate it!!!!
December 1st, 2022. 5 star, white glove service from the two working behind the counter. I was not fond of this location and avoided it for 2 years after a bad experience. These two dream team employees changed my one star standing strong review to a five star. Keep rocking 🤙🤙
Went here tonight and I ordered a wrap and wasn't sure of the dressing i wanted, the server asked if i would like a recommendations and of course i said yes. Thank you Brandon for a great experience, very professional, polite and deffinately new his job well. The best recommendations ever it complemented my wrap perfectly!!!
I’ve always had a positive experience at this Subway location. The staff is super friendly and they know what they are doing. They always let you know what the current deals are and make great sandwiches. It’s nice to have the consistency of great experiences!
Went there when it was busy and staff worked very fast and hard to get everything done in a timely manner. I had quite a big order and a girl with short hair and glasses was very patient and polite about it. She gave me good recommendations and was very friendly!
The sandwich artist did a fine job on all of my sandwiches, and everything tasted fresh. My gripes are only with Subway discontinuing so many old & popular sandwich options that are loved by so many.
No Roast Beef, No Rotiserrie Chicken, No Roasted Peppers, to name a few. It seems they are also getting cheap with the $5 footlong & buy one get one free coupon deals too these days.
