Drove by, saw this spot, and decided to try it. We were greeted in the front and invited to sit in the dining area. The front is a pizza parlor and the back is a dining area. I had a salad and hubby had the seafood special. The price and the portions were great. I took home half of my salad and we paid less than $50 for two meals and drinks. The booths were super comfy and the art work made us feel we were back in Italy. Our waitress was a friendly and funny woman who took our order quickly and checked on us and packed my leftovers. The food was tasty but needed just a little more seasoning. We enjoyed the overall experience but there was a man belching every 2 minutes and a fly that detracted from the experience.

Clam chowder on the lighter side with clams in every bite. Pasta pescatore was loaded with seafood! Both came out piping hot! Homemade taste with friendly and kind service to boot. Must try!
My wife and I split a large Magherita pizza every week. Giant size, only 20 bucks, absolutely fantastic, best in area
I'm from Rhode Island, and finding a good Italian restaurant in CT is extremely difficult. The food was excellent, the waitress was wonderful. I have nothing bad to say about Illiano's. Always our go-to for a good authentic Italian meal.
I've been ordering food here for over a decade. I had one small issue recently and Vincenzo was very polite and made it right. This is the best pizza around.
We took my mom to this quaint little Italian restaurant, the service was great and very prompt. The food was very good with healthy portions. The Stromboli is to die for. The seating is comfortable with tables and booths. The menu has a large selection of pastas as well as other Italian dishes. There is also many gluten-free meals.
Wow! We ordered 4 pies and got a free one because of that! We were told they'd be ready in 30 minutes. We got there in like 15 minutes....and they were all ready! Huge slices! Everyone was loving all of the pizza! So, Illano's, you get a 5 forks up from us! Our party of family were from Idaho, South Dakota, Ohio, Florida and CT. So Thank you!!!
What a really nice experience. It started with a very warm and gracious server Sara. She was exactly what you hope for when eating out. Extremely competent, friendly and really just radiated great warmth. The pasta fagiole soup has a nice flavor to it. The chicken parm had a great flavor to go along with a a nice texture. The breast was pounded, breaded and was over the top with flavor.
Just an addendum. I stopped in again, the food was equally excellent but even better is the service I continue to receive here. Tonight I had Jennifer and she was also amazing in every way. Great food and even better service, just a place I would highly recommend.
When it comes to Italian food I know my way around. I can say without a doubt that is the best Italian meal I've had in 20 years. Some the homemade bread to my entree loaded with fish to the Homemade Tiramisu The meal in service were flawless. I live over an hour away and was here on business. I will come back the food and service are worth the drive.
