The man at cashier older gentleman was extremely RUDE.. I went in there with my service dog he yelled at me saying No dogs!! I explain it’s service dog .. then he said I need to see a letter for the dog..I explain to him it’s invasion of privacy.. he can’t ask for a letter. Only thing he can ask if dog is service or not .. He yelled at me again and said he was going to call the police…

go to the other 7-11s nearby... this crew doesn't know how to use rewards points... also too many times they ask if you'll pay for something, even though they just sold it to you a minute ago and u decide to get something else.. all the clerks here are all male, appear to be former felons, maybe that's the confusion on their part.. its an odd 7 eleven, ill leave it at that.doubt 7 11 will let them continue to be a franchise, as their after 7pm hours are getting unpredictable.

Went in last night (Wednesday) on my break around 9:30pm, had work badge on, been here many times . Set my 3 items on the counter and was waiting to pay. Cashier was saying something low, couldn't understand him, I kept saying "What?". He was saying "Is that your gum?" pointing at something. I was like "Hunh?". He saw like 2cm of a corner of a pack of gum that was in my pocket, from an organic store. What he really meant was "Are you going to pay for that?", assuming I was trying to steal gum, that was miniscule in comparisons to the stuff I was actually buying. He tried to say Nevermind, when he saw my response. I still took it out and told him "This isn't from here". I'll never shop here again. I'm assuming it was a race thing, that hasn't happened to me, directly, in a while.

There is one fella who were a turban who acts as though he is doing me a favor doing his job. He is always on the phone or doing anything not to give me what I come to 711 for. He bated me into a heated exchange, very disrespectful. He needs to adjust his attitude , im taking my business to am pm...........

After my purchase, I asked to use their restroom, and they didn't let me. It's so unprofessional. It doesn't matter that we're in the middle of a pandemic, and it doesn't matter what anyone says, if they can allow people to come in to their store and hand them money, then they can allow a paying customer to use their restroom.

Worst experience in my life. I am a very indecisive person, it takes me a while to figure out what I want. so I am in this 711 looking around for stuff just listening to music figuring out something to beat the heat and crave my hunger. When the bald old man with the gray stubble tells me that I am not allowed to be in there with my headphones on and that I am not buying anything so I must leave, I tell him that I just don't know what I want yet and is listening to music really a problem? he says yes listening to music is not allowed I must leave right now. I tell him I don't understand I want to buy something I just don't know but he told told me no I am not allowed to be here and I have to leave. As soon as I leave he starts telling the customer he was serving next about me, so I go ahead and tell him about how much of a terrible excuse for a cashier he is because he really should know that, I say it a bit explicitly because I mean how could I not, he seriously disrespected me as a customer, and he told me that he's going to call the police on me because I cussed at him because of how he acted. This person is hands down the most disrespectful person I have ever met in my entire life and I hope he gets fired for such a horrible service, I would have probably taken about another minute to go buy a hotdog and a soda or something but no he had to just be rude. Seriously, never come here ever, EVER! And if you do and this man treats you with no respect either, go ahead and leave a review on this place, nobody should ever come here, Not just worst 711, worst place I've been to, period.
