If I could give negative stars, I would. Pulled up to drive through and was told they have no chicken. I asked what the wait would be. 25 minutes. Ok. Order our food and pull around to the front. After waiting 40 min I went inside, along with someone in the car next to me who had been waiting longer. We stood inside, being ignored. I finally hollered, excuse me and someone came around. They knew we had been waiting, asked the other person if they had received their drink, which they had not. Fixed the drink, gave it to him and off he went. Looks at me and says we're waiting on your fries. I asked, your kidding right? I've been waiting 45 min for chicken and in all that time you didn't think to get the fries ready? When I finally left, 50 min after my order was placed, they followed me to the door and locked it. It was 20 minutes before closing. I will never go to this KFC again.

Disappointed! Hard as ROCK little re-cooked 10x supposedly pop corn chicken. 5 decent pieces on top of box.

Manager was not nice. The chicken was very dry and overcooked. Not fresh. Would not go to this KFC again.

Everytime I go to KFC the service sucks, rude employees, very, very, very, slow drive thru. On one occasion they ran out of chicken. What the hell is that all about. 🤔😑

Horrible service. I went in to get spoons because we didn’t get it when we were drive through, however I asked one guy 4 times for 3 spoons and he kept looking at me giving me a dirty look. I asked nicely all 4 times and continuously got ignored until another worker finally helped me.

Had thee worst experience ever at this KFC. Had to place my order 4 times with 3 different people the girl at the register was obviously new cause she had to go ask for help after each item, and didn't speak English. I ordered 1 bucket family meal and a value meal and a couple extra sides and they gave the wrong sides.
