Subway

Very friendly staff there. I have always found them to be really nice, exceptionally nice today. Today, purposely went to this location cause find staff really nice. Was really distracted with a lot of other stuff. I accidentally told the guy I wanted chips not cookies. He still gave me cookies even though I insisted it was my fault since I ordered wrong thing. Than I accidentally spilled my drink distracted putting it down. He made it seem like not a big deal and cleaned up right away. I have always found these guys to be awesome. But if you can deal with a customer that is having off day that is making your life harder as if it’s nothing, that is exceptional customer service.

Best Subway in Norwalk, the most cleanest and with exceptional staff. The Subway by bestbuy on connecticut ave pales in comparison due to the large fact that the staff here have exceptional hygiene and numerous sub deals that aren't present in any other subway in norwalk. Will always be a regular here.
