Dunkin'

The owner/manager of this particular location needs to hire crew members ASAP. Dunkin is a great franchise but you are loosing business because your store is understaffed. Your employees are getting pounded with orders and they are frustrated. Honestly is not their fault. They are doing what they can. Management/owner needs to step it up.

The worst service I have ever received in the 20 years I’ve been coming here the last set of workers and manger that were here were the best at there job, that actually cared about there customers!! Ever since they placed a new manager she has been the worst she does not care doesn’t not like to help is always miserable.. never talks to anyone and the service from her is even worse then the actual employees this Dunkin’ Donuts location needs!!!!! A new manger and some new employees that actually care about there customer specially the regulars that come in everyday..

First of all They NEVER make my coffee correctly but it‘a in a convenient area so I always just get it from here anyway, but anyways as they take long to make my coffee me and my boyfriend are in the car having a PERSONAL conversation and I begin to laugh out loud when one of the workers as her co worker who I’m laughing at ! Like is it not okay to laugh we’re all miserable with this pandemic but leave it at home don’t come to work with a bad attitude. I won’t be coming back again no matter how convenient it is.

So a couple weeks ago I tried to order a holiday latte and waited almost 10 mins in the drive through, only to have them tell me last minute that they were out of stock. Then this morning, I sat at the order screen listening to someone curse up a storm about how “this go***mn lady needs to let me leave, I gotta leave.” And I couldn’t even get my order in. Needless to say, this Dunkin screams unprofessional can’t even be trusted with the simplest of tasks.

Easy_on_easy_off from exit 16 of i_95 (Connecticut turnpike), drive thru available but no outdoor seating. Plenty of parking on the side and in the rear of the building. There is a dairy queen counter inside this location. The inside space is cozy, comfy and good for groups or for dining alone. Male and female restrooms available inside.

To begin with, there was just one person taking the orders and making them. I ordered three double scoop ice creams and a coffee. I never got my receipt. When we got out our ice creams it was barely one scoop, it the smallest ice cream spoon i've ever seen. Then the employee forgot to prepare our coffee and people who arrived after us were attended before us. We had to remember the employee we were waiting for the coffe, by the time we got it, our "ice creams" melted away, like you can see in the picture below. People who waited in line left, others complained out loud and none of the employees said anything.
