Jersey Mike's Subs

I placed an order online and showed up at the given time. The employee asked me for my name and he said they are making it and will call my name. So I waited 20 min and asked again if my order was ready. He reaches back and gives me my order. Why didn't you call my name like you said? The order was obviously ready 15 min ago. Very poor customer service. I will not be back.

I enjoyed it and would stop by again. Definitely a step up from Subway. Jersey Mike's slices their meat fresh right in front of you! Super friendly service guides you through the menu and options. I tried the #9 Club Supreme, which I saw someone in front of me order. It's got their cooked-in-store Roast Beef (which looked perfectly roasted, not well done!), Turkey, Swiss, Applewood Smoked Bacon (perfectly crispy!), and Mayo along with toppings Mike's Way - with onions, lettuce, tomato, olive oil, vinegar, and spices - and I added jalepenos on fresh-baked rosemary bread. Overall a solid sub, though not the best tasting in the world. I'd go back when convenient, and I want to try some of the hot subs especially the cheese steaks.

Huge fans of jersey mikes but had a bad experience recently at this location. One of 4 sandwiches in our online order were ready upon arrival and no one made any effort to complete the order. The store continued to get busier and busier with no effort to complete our order. Eventually had to leave with only one sandwich. Updated: store manager contacted us and not only apologized, but refunded our entire order. Nice to see action taken, which shows they truly do care about the customer experience.
