Definitely better than Dunkin! More affordably-priced for larger, more substantial doughnuts that aren’t pre-made. Pastries are amazing too. Coffee is good. Breakfast sandwiches on a croissant are superior and cost only a few bucks! Open 24 hours but you want to go in the morning when everything has been recently baked (duh). I drive past a few Dunkins to go here.

This was my first time going to this establishment in Norwalk. I've gone past it many times and thought I should try it out. I should have kept going. The server at the counter was very rude and impatient. She had zero customer service skills with me at least. Like I said it was my first time. It will be my last at this Donut Delight. Next time I'll try the one in Stamford maybe they'll be more friendly and inviting.

I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a roll with an extra egg. I don't know what I may have done wrong to offend anyone to have received whatever the heck this is.....I took a bite and it was gross. This purchase was made 10/13/21 at around 6:51 am. My order was taken by a female in the drive-thru. She must have been having a bad morning to feel like she wanted to purposely ruin MY breakfast. Also, I was not given a receipt to show any more details of this purchase but I will also include a screenshot of my pending purchase.

Updating to two stars.
My coffees were not made properly despite the fact that I made sure to speak clearly and repeated myself multiple times as well.
And the bagel was burnt even though i asked them not to toast it. I don't think I'll be returning to this location.

So I thought the only donut delight that gets an order right was the Norwalk branch well I was wrong.so far the only time my order is correct is when its before 7am the guy that works the graveyard shift hes on his game. So let down they use to be my favorite now back to liz sue bagels. It makes sense cause that's where they get there bagels are from anyway

The quality of the food and drinks here is far superior to any of its competitors! If you're lucky enough to visit during the overnight hours you will get to be served by Rolando, who is the most professional, personable employee I've ever known in the food service business! As the face of Donuts Delite, he'sturned me into a lifelong customer!

Feb 2,2022 this place has been going down hill. 11:30 at night 3 cars in front of me only to wait 20min. I left the drive thru without getting my food, absolutely ridiculous that you have 1 person working their should be 2 staff on if you wanna stay open 24hours. Dunkin donuts lines is way faster.

Walking into donut delight i was excited to try a new local donut shop. But upon entering i was immediately let down. The service was slow and I felt unnoticed. Once I did get to the counter I was help efficiently and kindly. Next it was time to try the product. We got one eclair and one jelly stick along with 20 glazed donut holes. Both the donut holes and eclair were artifical tasting and stale beyond belief. We are yet to try the jelly stick so stay tuned for my next review. Peace and blessings.
