Mike's Deli

The workers aren’t friendly at all. They care more about socializing amongst themselves then taking care of customers. They always look bothered and miserable. I ordered an Italian that had thick slices of salami on it and no oil& vinegar so the sandwich was soooo dry. I will stick to Dave & Charlie’s hometown Deli, they’re much more welcoming and appreciative of their customers.

Called to order a roast beef sandwich today. Didn’t realize you need to tell them if you want anything on it.. i.e. lettuce, onion, cheese etc. girl did not ask me if I wanted anything on it so I stupidly assumed that it automatically came with things listed above. Not so much. I received roast beef on a roll. Disappointed.

I’ve been coming here for many many years, overtime their standards have seriously fallen, they really don’t understand how to cook food to ORDER and not in mass production in the morning ruining the quality and taste. They don’t seem to care either (the workers) I’ve always asked for poppy seed rolls and half the time they forget, the hashbrowns are all greasy and hard by the time you get them for your sandwich because they’ve been mass produced and when you ask for a fresh one “the fryer is busy cooking chicken cutlets” this is at 6:30am might I mind you. Definitely my last time coming here much better places who care and provide good food.
