My family stopped in Norwalk for an overnight on a road trip. We used Google to find a place for breakfast but upon arrival it was closed. A second Google search brought us to Post Road. The normal breakfast menu was completely run of the mill and uninspiring. But then we looked at the "specials" menu. Wow. Just, wow. So many neat and wonderful breakfast items. My wife had Oreo waffles with ice cream and caramel sauce. My daughter had cannoli french toast, and I cheeseburger eggs Benedict. All were fantastic. My mini burgers were fresh meat not frozen patties. This place does breakfast right.

Elliot and I go to the diner every Sunday morning for conversation and eat. I am 75 and my son is 20. The food is very good. The service is OUTSTANDING. The waitresses and waiters are friendly, kind and efficient. Mel, the cashier is so friendly and gracious.... the staff and the experience is wonderful. I strongly recommend.

Really can’t go wrong with an old design diner with good food. Can’t go wrong either with a BLT. The food satisfied the craving, set up like an old fashioned diner. Parking is on lot. Overall, great place to stop for breakfast or some comfort food.

Great local diner, with specials and good food! The Cesar salad is top notch. Kids tend to hang out on one the left hand side, so if your an adult like who may want it to be a bit less noisey sit up front closer to the right hand side. The cook is great!

When I'm returning from the City this has been a light nite spot. Thrilled to find in open at midnight last Friday. It was busy and they were doing crown control at the door politely. We want the pandemic behind us! Always good and interesting eats cooked well. My friend had waffles with peaches, canned peaches that were a little tinny but this time of year that's OK. Waffle was good though. I shared a plate of rice n beans, plantains sliced like large fries, and scrambled eggs. It was a good facsimile of a Mexican type of breakfast and I enjoyed at in a almost warm March night in New England.

Service was very prompt as we were seated immediately upon arrival and our waitress came to get food and drinks order shortly after. Forgot to take pictures but loved that my kids meals which was eggs, home fries and Canadian bacon was served on a cute fish shaped plate. Looking forward to going there again.
