Dunkin'

hi @dunkin i just wanted to let you know this is probably one of the best dunkin’ donuts i have ever gone to the work is incredible and the workers are so kind. the women that made my humus toast did an incredible job and was so kind her name was Emily she did a great job and the girl that made my strawberry dragonfruit refresher did an outstanding job i am pretty sure her name was caitlin. dunkin is very open and welcoming place. So this is my second review! I just can’t get enough from this place ah! anyways i was greeted by 4 amazing workers, meadow, adrianna, hailey and last but not least a red haired girl lauren, she cooked everything so well! she made sure we were all set and told us to have a great day! the service here is incredible! make sure to stop by!!

This dunks usually has a 20 min wait at the drive thru every morning, and the parking lots design makes it worse. The kids who work there are always friendly and polite and the food/coffee is decent, but I frequently get the wrong order. One thing that really drives me crazy about this dunks: Put the cream cheese on the damn bagel. I dont know how any times I can say "CREAM CHEESE ON IT" before I lose my mind. I am in my car, I have zero desire to add toppings to my bagel while driving. This isn't any issue at any other Dunks I frequent, but I get an empty bagel with a side of cream cheese 7/10 times I visit this place.

I have a complicated medical history and one particular day i was near death and wanted my last meal to be a dunks frozen coffee the beautiful cashier Adriana Petrillo made my coffee so perfectly that my illness was immediately cured. I would give my life to Adriana Petrillo. Safe to say I’m a customer for life as long as that ray of sunshine is there. Thanks for curing my colon cancer :)

I stopped at the drive through after work and ordered a dozen donuts for a get together later that evening. When l served them everyone noticed how stale they were. We ended up throwing them away because they were so stale. I called the next morning to speak to the manager and was told she was unavailable but she would call me back. She didn’t. So l tried again a few days later with no response again. I won’t be going to this Dunkin Donuts again because obviously they don’t care about customer service. Serena, I’m disappointed. One of the better Dunkins in the area. I switched to this location for my morning coffee because of how bad the others were. Staff is always nice in the morning and line always moves fast - though it can look very long. One star off because of how bad the placement of the drive thru speaker/microphone is.
