Subway

Very rude staff. I told them to put veggie patty after they toasted my sub. The staff who was working on my sub got irritated and shouted at me saying I should have told him about patty before he toasted the sub. He didn’t ask me if i need any meat or patty and i too forgot. I have been to many subway stores and always had great experience. Here staff was so rude and i even thought of leaving without having my subway assembled. Then i just kept calm and just paid them the money and came out.

This is the WORST Subway we have ever been in. The bread was stale, the cookies were flat and very thin. Only one employee working on a Friday evening so service was very slow. The employee never once changed gloves! Not after taking money or even after using a key to open locked bathroom door and touching doorknob. Never washed hands either. GROSS! This should be a health code violation. The bathroom that was locked to customers was filthy and had no toilet paper. This location is an insult to the Subway name.

I've been to this location a few times and everytime I order my sub always se ems to be cold (even tho I get it toasted and eat it shortly after).The service is consistently slow and more recently they are very skimpy with the portions compared to what I'm receiving at other locations. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because this location is cheaper than others and the staff is nice.

Subway, eat stale! On Saturday morning last week , this Subway was overwhelmed with one and only person to serve many. He kept talking to his wife on speaker phone in his native Indian language while preparing orders. He was upset with his wife for not being there. Worst part is the quality of veggies and meat he served me. Stale - maybe a day or two older. Lettuce was very cold as if recently taken out of refrigerator/freezer with distinctly bad taste and smell. He had a very little stock in the display storage bins, and it all looked disorganized and uninviting. Meat was even worse. The guy was also very stingy with the toppings he put in my order. I ended up not being able to finish my food. I suspect this store is not following franchise guidelines on food storage and disposal, and is serving stale throwaway worthy content to save costs. Unhygienic and incompetent.
