Haven't had kfc be this good in a while. Not greasy or soggy. Also fully fully cooked unlike other KFCs where I find red meat near the bone. Ugh!!! Plus the woman in The drive thru with a lil gray hair was so pleasant. Such a sweetheart.

I did not receive my entire order that I paid for, and when I got home and checked the food, it was dried out and tasted horrible. The chicken and the biscuits tasted like they had been sitting out for hours…not fresh at all. The attitudes of the staff was beneath contempt, and it was just a very unpleasant experience.

The woman at the drive thru rushed me the whole time. They were out of sweet tea. The pot pie had two big bones in it. We didn't receive two cookies we ordered.

Just left the Northport location and ordered the chicken feast for $30!! I paid she gave me bag of food. I asked nicely what kind of beverage did you give us bc you didn’t ask and she said oh what do you. Sweet tea, we are out of that… ok Mt. Dew? As she is fixing our order I noticed we didn’t have our cookies either that come with the bundle I ordered. So I asked nicely for that too. When I got home started getting everything out of the bag and she shorted me 4 pieces of chicken and a large gravy! I called them to see what they were going to do about it and someone hung up on me. So I called back and now they won’t answer the phone! I will never go back! If you don’t like your job find somewhere else to work bc this isn’t for you!

The lady at the drive thru said she was the only person working and I get that. The problem was all I said was “hi how are you” and she responded very rudely. She was also yelling at someone and didn’t turn off her headset so I just drove off. The worst customer service I’ve seen in a while
