Pizza was really good. Garlic knots not so much, but we loved the atmosphere of Northport.
Replying to Owner's reply. It has been a while since this was posted 3 years ago. What I remember is that the Garlic Knots needed a little more garlic and salt. One thing I liked about previously living on Long Island is how the water there makes the dough taste better. Amazing though for me to see that the Knots picture is my highest viewing picture at over 368K views since posting it, but back then they weren't the best part of the meal. The best part is the atmosphere and location of the restaurant. We miss and still love Northport. Even after living in Colorado for the last 22 years, when we get back, we come to Northport to eat, socialize and enjoying the local establishments. Thanks for the reply and allowing me to clarify my taste buds.
Got the Garlic Knot slice and some knots they were great! My wife got the Buffalo Chicken slice also it was awesome!

Exquisite. Authentic New York pizza. Prices normal compared to everywhere else nowadays, but quality is way higher than everywhere else. I’ve found that lots of pizzerias “shrink” their pies to save money lately. Not La Porta. And it just tastes perfect. Just right all around—crunch, heat, cook time, cheese to sauce ratio—everything. And the chicken rolls were heavenly. I ate two hours ago and cannot stop thinking about how much I want more. Well done. God bless La Porta. Best pizza you can find on Long Island.
Been coming here for a while now and each time I go it gets better and better. Hands-down my favorite pizzeria in Suffolk County! My personal favorite is the grandma slice and the calzones are nothing to sleep on! Located right in the heart of Northport Village with convenient parking this pizzeria is a home run.
Delicious always, everything is fresh. The meatballs are so ridiculously delicious, it's my go to when I want a guilt free/ carb free meal. I will continue to be a loyal customer for years to come. 🤩🤤 Thank you for always making beautiful and mouth watering food!
I just had chicken calzone and one and plain pizza it was so yummy and crispy good amount of cheese frankly I am from Queens county but no hesitation I definitely stop over again A plus
By far the best pizza I've ever had, and service is second to none. I have driven over 5 hours to come to Northport and I will always grab at least a few slices. 100% recommend.
Kind and attentive staff. Food is great! The sauce used for the pizza is very good not too sweet not too salty. Such a nice ambiance and atmosphere for a village pizzeria!
Stopped in with kids and wife, I had a chicken parm hero, it was good. Also I got at my kids pizza that was good too. Then I tried my wife's salad dressing on the side ( yes, tasted like salad.) I will be back, I liked it there.
