Who knows if their pastries are as good as they look? Piles of them sitting unsold because they prefer to play the Covid game, even after it’s over. I saw at least six staff in there but the owner said they didn’t have enough “help” to wipe tables after you serve yourself at the counter… Truly pathetic customer service and I won’t be going back because they don’t even let you know this until after you pay and TIP THEM?!?😜🤣

Many great selections at this little bakery. We have been customers since the bakery opened. The suggestion I make now is also the opinion of several recent customers who just happened to be in the store with me at the same time. The following situation happens frequently. The staff, with the exception of one very outgoing employee who understands customer service and just being pleasant, is very sullen. The majority of time the staff have their backs to customers when the customer walks in. Rarely will they turn around or even greet you. Even when there are just two people waiting for help the staff will not respond. One morning a woman and I waited for over 15 minutes for help. It was 8:30. This morning a staff member began tapping her fingers on the counter signally me to move closer instead of just asking me to come closer. Customer training is important. The outcome helps everyone. I work in a hospital, and it is nice to at least start the morning in a pleasant way. I come in frequently and yes, I spend money and leave a tip but not always leave happy.

Once again this bakery surpasses it's already excellent products. This is my go to for a delicious and fresh sandwich freshly made, the bakery goods are always fresh and delicious, the chocolate cherry muffin is out of this world. When I needed a special birthday cake, the staff produced a beautiful and delicious masterpiece. Thank you so much. I always look forward to a smiling face and a delicious cup of coffee early in the morning.

Terrible customer service experience. I called to ask their fee for wedding cake tasting and consultation. When I asked that, Ruth? was very rude. She said that's not what they do and started asking me bunch of questions, then started lecturing me on how other brides call cake places 8 -10 months early. I wasn't even calling to request a wedding cake. I called to ask how much their tasting was but I got no answer to that, just lecturing. Also, every couple has different situations. We're having our wedding last minute for a reason.

pay staff terrible wages, mostly try to employ high schoolers so they don’t have to pay as much. they do not support the causes their instagram page would have you believe. i worked here a long time. The owners try act like a family to manipulate you. They don’t tip out the kitchen crew and pay them less than the front retail staff. Yes the staff is unhelpful because they are not trained properly. They just throw you in. Because of this one person or two who knows what’s going on has to carry everyone else’s workload. You see backs when you walk in because they dread helping customers and usually can’t properly because of lack of training so they decide to face away until that one person who knows what’s going on can help you.
