Wing Warehouse

Quite possibly the WORST dining experience of my entire lifetime. I’ve eaten at every type of eating establishment you could name: fine dining, rest stops, McDonald’s, gas stations, 7 elevens...you name it. There’s nothing that could surpass the awfulness of this establishment. It took almost 2 hours for us to get our food. When we got it, our orders were either cold or the wrong food. Our poor waitress was beyond overwhelmed (not her fault), as she was the ONLY sever in the warehouse sized restaurant. The bathrooms were so disgusting, they looked as though they’d never been cleaned. If I were in prison, I assure you the bathroom would be nicer. We were told the manager was never around and there was actually no manager even present that evening when we asked to speak to a manager. The manager: HEATHER is a sorry excuse for a manager when she leaves her staff hanging the way she did. People were complaining left and right. We actually felt very sorry for our sweet waitress who was put in this situation. I’d strongly advise anyone considering eating there to NOT ever step foot in there. I am guessing it will be closed soon.

Very disappointed. A group of us went around 7 pm on a Friday. There were maybe 3-4 other people in the joint. About 40 minutes after placing our food order, the cook came to tell us they didn't have any macaroni and cheese for the two dishes. We expected our food at this point, not to be told we had to order something else. When the food finally arrived, half the group received the wrong order: bone in wings instead of boneless, missing sides of fries, wrong burger, ice cold chicken on nachos. The orders that were correct, were good. The bartender/server was nice enough to knock off a few bucks. We won't be going back though.

Very disappointed!!! Bartender really nice great job. We ordered Brick House burger and order of spicy teryaki wings....burger had great charbroiled flavor but inside so raw it wasn't even warm "hope we don't get sick" split burger and wings which were pretty bland but cooked through. This bar is filthy ....very dirty will NOT be back! Bathrooms use paper towel for handle on way out...gross

Awful service, atmosphere is sketchy at best, and the drinks are questionable. Walked in with 4 coworkers to have lunch at 11:30. Dark. Dingy, and dirty atmosphere. We were the only ones in there, and still did not receive service for a solid 5 minutes. Water and Pepsi did not taste normal. Ended up walking out after waiting for 10 minutes for the one person working there to take our order.

I get lunch here, because it's close to work. The lunch salads are reasonably priced and taste pretty good. I suspect the kitchen turns over fairly often because the same salad order often yields very different results. One consistent thing is there's lots of toppings and a little lettuce. Sorta healthy in concept, but not really.

There were 4 of us. Our server Courtney was really great! She was fun, rolled right along with my sarcasm, she offered a sample of a beer I ordered that I'd not had before, she helped us choose wing sauces and was just overall present laughed with us, and very enjoyable! The food was very good. We were there for over 2 hours and she stayed attentive and awesome! I really enjoy the wing warehouse and thanks to the great service we received last night, we'll be back. BTW, I'm not related to Courtney and had never met her before so this is an unbiased review. Thanks Courtney and keep up the fantastic work!

The hamburgers we had are great and beer cold. But the french fries were cold and the bartenders attitude sucked. It took over 45 mins to a hr to get food for 3 hamburgers and a kids meal. The floors doesn't seem to have been clean in weeks. I have been here in the past and have had no issues but today makes me not want to come back again.
