Panera Bread

Just got my food less than half an hour ago, and I feel the moral obligation to write a review before I forget. There's simply so many things wrong... 1. The "baguette" I received was actually a chunk of baguette that has been torn off from the whole baguette. 2. Pizza crust wasn't properly cut even though some attempt was made, so I had to cut it myself, which I realized was actually sort of difficult because of problem 3. 3. Pizza crust was incredibly chewy for all three pizzas I ordered. 4. Containers holding salad dressing were inside the salad container, mingling with the salad. I'm not sure where these containers have been or who's been touching them, but it's safe to say some grime has probably accumulated on them over the course of however long they've been sitting. 5. Although the greek salad looks alright, the caesar salad looks like someone simply threw a handful of iceberg lettuce, some croutons, and those dirty dressing containers in there and labeled it a salad. 6. EXPENSIVE! Ended up being about 50 dollars for 3 small pizzas, 2 salads (one of those is definitely just lettuce and croutons), a sandwich about the size of a 6-inch sandwich from Subway, and best of all, a piece of baguette. I'd be happy to pay this amount for high-quality food, but even beyond the numerous problems I've listed, the food would only be upgraded from bad to mediocre. I don't remember the last time I've been to Panera until just now, so not sure if this is a problem just with this location, or with the company itself, but this experience has been bad enough that I'm not going to take any chances and won't be going to Panera for at least the next few years. The reason I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1 is because I save that for the worst experiences possible, such if a restaurant were to give me partially eaten food or something along the lines of that.

Today I ordered a full salad not a half. Last time a few days ago I ordered a Fugi Apple salad with chicken and got my salad but no chicken. On another order I came home with somebody else’s order and had to call and go back to Panera for my correct order. Please get your act together. I understand once in a while making a mistake but the last three orders were wrong. Please respond. Bill Wagner

AWFUL, GREEDY, EVIL ESTABLISHMENT. I ordered a pizza. It took a good 15 min to get it. Got outside and realized it was the wrong one. Had to go back in and have my time wasted. Instead of having the courtesy of letting me keep wrong pizza , since they wasted my time( which most places do when they screw your order) they took it and THREW OUT PERFECTLY GOOD FOOD. EVIL and wasteful. NEVER AGAIN.

this is the 2nd time I've gotten sick off of the same item ordered from this location. I ordered the small macaroni and cheese, and not only did it taste like its been sitting there all day, but I'm pretty sure I got food positioning, again. I usually don't complain if my next visit is much better then my first, but this needs to be addressed. I take my lunch around 1:30, a bit after normal lunches, but I don't understand why I'm paying $6.49 for a small mac n cheese if its going to be cold and bad food.

I come here about twice a day for coffee and sometimes a bagel. Since virtually all the employees know me by name i can say im a "local". Clean store with helpful employees. No complaints except the prices. Everything but coffee and bagels is just too much for me. But that's Panera. You pay for the quality of the food and the atmosphere. Pleasant experience every time, keep it up.

I have twice ordered for rapid pickup and had my order not be on the shelf after I received the email saying it was on the shelf. Both times the restaurant was not busy. For example, this last time, it was 10 AM on a Monday and my order was just a bagel and a drink. I have never had this problem at any other location and I use the rapid pickup service frequently.
