Arby's

Haven't been here in ages. We had very bad service a few times. So we tried again. Love the fish sandwich and the inside isn't open so it goes faster at the drive thru. Good service but we asked for 4 packs of a sauce an the worker gave us a hand full, over 10. Kind of wasteful if I was the owner trying to keep food costs down.

The night crew tonight (03/17/2022) was absolutely AMAZING!! I didn't get anyone's names but it was two girls (one had red hair the other had brown hair) and a boy who I believe was covering the back cooking. I live right next door and holy cow the Northfield location was SO PACKED ALL DAY! Just constantly long lines of customers..and I was probably their last customer of the night..they were all so wonderful and had the best attitudes regardless of how tired they must have been!! Loved the customer service!! It totally made my night! ❤️

I'm old enough to remember when Arby's cooked and sliced whole beef roast, the sandwiches were amazing and Arby's was in a league of their own. The processed loaf of ground scraps and meat glue they pass off as roast beef today is just sad. You forgot what made you famous. Just another McDonald's competitor now. Remember who you were and put that good stuff back on the menu, I'll come running.
