If its not busy dont bother, find somewhere else to eat because they wont keep the line stocked for just a few people. Brought a friend here for lunch and was disappointed half the line sat empty the whole time we were there. The items i came for of course, salmon and shrimp, stuffed mushrooms etc, never brought out. What they did have out was tough and dry had been sitting for who knows how long. Have been here while it was busy and the experience was

My go-to Chinese in Northfield. Super fast, nice people, food is always hot and fresh. Lots of variety and everything I have had has been good.
My only complaint is that their chicken that they use for their Orange Chicken and General Taos can be chewy and stringy at times.

First time going to New Buffet:
Very impressed with Their Shrimp Lomein. They use the most shrimp I have ever seen in a chinese take out box (like 16-20) and for less than $9.00 for dinner. Most restaurants charge between 11.00-18.00 for Shrimp Lomein. Their Dinner Buffet looks great for less than 12.00. Iam used to Asian Buffets costing 14.00-17.99. Will try The buffet next time.Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Food was ok and price was fine. I'd go back but at a different time. We went in the middle of the afternoon and the buffet was somewhat empty which I understand.

Ordered Take out and it was hot and fresh. The bag was packed with cardboard to protect the food from moving. Very nice and great customer service.
