Culver's

I’ll start by saying I love Culver’s and usually have great food and service but I just had to report this. Typically the chicken fingers are large enough that 3 is too many so I went with 2 today…and received this. They’re barely the size of the dipping sauce and this was $8! (I did not order a kids meal but sure got one). Very disappointed.

I have come to this Culver's off and on for about 6 years, always had quick service, first time I went I told him it was my first time and they made sure I got the full experience and left with a malt, cheese curds, and a butter burger I felt like this was pretty appropriate considering. Always a younger staff but hard-working.

Two friends and I visited this fine establishment on the eve of May 23rd, 2022. The nice young man with the curly black hair working at the drive thru window at 9:57pm was one of the best service workers I have ever encountered. He was personable, forgiving, and went out of his way to put a smile on our face. He is humble too- we asked for his name so that we could write a good review about him, but he refused, saying that there is no need for us to thank him, he is just doing his job! I was there with a friend who paid for my lunch, I ordered just an appetizer side and and a concrete Mini. They didn't get the order right for my Mini concrete. When I brought it back to the counter and told them that they didn't get it right and showed them the receipt that my friend had gotten they said that I had not ordered it right!! Then she said if you want to get it right you need to order it like this & proceeded to tell me how to order it the next time!! I have never had a problem getting my order at any other Culvers!! I believe that the young girl who was working the counter just put in what most people order & assumed that was what I meant! She needs to be trained to listen to exactly what the customer says word for word!!

i live in town and it always has good food but the problem is that 70% of the time they forget half of what i ordered. (this has happened so many times to me). this last time that we went, we just went through the drive through and they forgot my whole meal (i got the mushroom and swiss meal but my boyfriend and sister both got their meals). i’m just a little upset because the guy who brought us our bag even rattled off everything we ordered and which assured us that we got all of it so we didn’t check the bag until we were 10 minutes away. i’m so disappointed and i feel like i got scammed. we didn’t think it’d be worth it to drive all the way back to get a refund or even my meal. i’m more upset that i paid for literally nothing. i don’t think i’ll ever bother coming back unless it’s for one thing, which means they can’t forget anything. i’m extremely upset.
