Absolutely delicious! And I was so delighted they had gluten free options, like gluten free bread or wraps, and some gluten free baked goods, too! My sandwich (The Pilgrim) was super flavorful and delicious. It came with a side of either chips and a pickle or a kale salad. I chose the kale salad, and it paired well with my sandwich. It was lightly sweet, with craisins and pecans. I also had an aptly-named drink called a Sunshine Soda, which really did evoke the vibe of sunshine! Everything was excellent!

Had a lovely time there with my sweetheart this afternoon. Interesting and comfortable space with lots of different seating options. Great gluten free lunch option and the flourless chocolate cake was amazing. We will be coming back!

Just had the Raspberry Chicken Salad. Fresh greens, wonderful light raspberry dressing. One of the best lunches in town! 🙂 Excellent!

I like the Hideaway, good, very good clean food. I've been there several times and have not been disappointed. I can recommend the tuna melt with the kale side salad.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars. As someone who grew up in Minneapolis, I know good coffee houses. The atmosphere is great, the staff are friendly and accommodating, and the FOOD! They're not lying about that grilled cheese, and man that breakfast burrito is killer! But the coffee... oh the coffee. I'm specifically looking at you, lattes. Now that Northfield is my home, this is my coffee shop.
