Buffalo Wild Wings

The worst location I have ever went to. The waiter was great but for some reason he didn’t bring us out the food, some other lady did I’m guessing maybe they were short staffed. Every time she came out with food for us she would have this confused look on her face to see if that summed up our order when she literally brought out 2 meals and there were 6 of us. She kept asking every time if that was it and what else is missing. Came out 4 times confused each time, messed up an order, food was very cold and one person didn’t get their food till we were all already done eating. The absolute worst experience. I was ready to tell her to pull up a chair and run back in the kitchen and do it myself. I don’t understand why I had to keep getting asked how to do her job.

Managed poorly, terrible pricing. I don't blame the new guy for not knowing how to write up the order, but we thought we were getting basket of fries and instead got this measly micro sized side of fries. I asked if they could do better than that and he said, "Sure no problem, it'll take two minutes in the kitchen." At no point did he mention they were charging me $5 for an extra small side of fries until he had the order already sent to the kitchen. A basket would of been cheaper than getting this additional side! I used to work at the Best Buy in the same plaza and ate here all the time. Food and service was always decent for eat in or pick up. I don't know when they decided to stop taking care of the customer, but it happened. I have to say I find it pathetic that even after the manager understood the situation he didn't offer any other solution like pay the difference for the basket I thought I was getting, let alone give me the stupid small side fries and move on. Now I'm hangery and feel like an idiot for spending $30 plus tip on a crappy pick up experience. I'm not sure if I'll ever be returning. I could get much better service for this price, and I'm sure they'll include the ranch dip I paid for too. Tl;dr I'm pissed about my fries and dip. I've been a customer here since 2012. They couldn't fix a simple problem.
