You know, this place has been in town for several years, and I never understood how it could survive. I went with my family recently, and though there was a substantial wait despite being fairly empty, the ice cream we chose and watched being prepared was excellent. They even took my gluten allergy seriously and prepared my "Berry Blast" at a separate station.

I thought this was going to be a chain and gimmicky but it turned out to be a small business and pretty good! Thai rolled ice cream is made of cream and condensed milk, and it's spread over a very cold surface then scraped into rolls. This allows for endless flavors and they also have a million toppings, so I'm excited to come back and try some different ones. Keep in mind, because it's made to order, it's much slower than a regular ice cream shop.

I came into this place and had the Ferrero Rocher ice cream and it was different yet delicious! I enjoyed watching them roll the ice cream and would go back to get more ice cream because it’s unique. The only downside was having to wait over 10-15 minutes to have my ice cream made because of the people who came in before and after me.

One of the best boba teas I’ve ever had. Their jelly is actually soft and tasty. Perfect ratios of milk, tea, ice and boba. I’ve never had rolled ice cream before and it was so good and flavorful! I got the vegan Nut’n Fancy because I have lactose intolerance. Only complaint I have is that he didn’t make my ice cream on a different cold plate or clean the one that regular milk ice cream had been put on just before. It doesn’t bother me much because I’m not actually vegan and a little bit of milk doesn’t hurt but it should be kept in mind if someone orders vegan there is probably a reason or maybe I should have expressed that. Still 5 stars for food and drink.

WOW!! What an amazing ice cream spot! This place is super unique, even for Northampton. Nestled in next to Starbucks you'll find this delightful gem. While there are many good ice cream shops in noho, this one is at the very top. They take fresh cream and then turn it into rolls of ice cream right in front of your eyes. They have a wide variety of flavors and a seasonal menu for you to choose from. For those of you who are looking for vegan options, they have those too. I got the Tequila Slammer with mango at the recommendation of one of their staff. Boy, was it delicious! The way that they mix everything together evenly distributes all the flavors so you get the best bite every single time. The pricing is good for what you get too. It's one size for one price. They do not upcharge for toppings or anything. It's like the hibachi of ice cream. Each order is like a mini show and good for kids and adults alike. I cannot say enough good things about this place, you really need to try it!

A nicely located break from the normal fare. With a flare for the performance. This penguin themed spot brings excellent savory and sweet dishe's of Asian descent. They have Dragon's breath, Thai rolled ice cream, Japanese crepes and bulb teas. Offering a little of both dinner and desert. Service was top marks.

Very cool place to visit. Ice cream was very good and the staff was very helpful answering our questions about their products for our 1st visit. I would definitely recommend that you check it out for yourself. There is a nice viewing area to watch them make your dessert. Many choices of flavors and toppings. Delicious!.

Great location to grab some ice cream on a nice summer evening in downtown Northampton. The staff was very friendly and watching the preparation of my dessert was both entertaining and unique. It's a bit pricey, but if you're Vegan I can assure you their substitute is far superior to the other dairy free ice cream options nearby. Be sure to check this place out if you're in the area.
