Always one of my favorite places to eat. I have never been disappointed. Buffet has a huge variety (even if you're allergic to shellfish like me), its always clean, and wait staff is always great :) We have brought numerous people here to dine and everyone walks away very happy and full. Thank you, Noboru!

Noboru finds a way to consistently balance quality and quantity in a way that all buffets try, but few actually accomplish. They have a great selection of sushi, salads, soups, and hot buffet items. Plus, it is always clean with friendly service. Be sure to try the lobster soup, sashimi salad, and, of course, as many sushi rolls as you can handle. Dinner offers different choices than lunch if you are wondering about the price jump.

Had such a great experience there for a lunch meeting, it was a fun and a different lunching experience. Sabu sabu basically a soup broth base that cooks your veggies, meats and fixings table side. They also had a smaller selection of sushi then previously, but still had all the popular choices. They still had hot foods as well. Was a good value for $14 and a fun meal experience

Lay time I was here it was a sushi buffet. They have changed their format to a hot pot restaurant. The broth is amazing, the veggies fresh and crisp really a great experience so glad we tried it.

Been having a craving for sushi for a while now and decided to give this place a go. I really really enjoyed this place a lot. The atmosphere was good, the hostess was pleasing, everyone was super polite. The only thing I didn't like was that the select of sushi was very limited, felt like a lot of the dishes were repeated. The quality was spot on, the used plate at the table were removed quickly, water refilled with out even asking. The other dishes were kind of generic, but the spicy lobster soup was amazing! The deserts were great too. Over all enjoyed my experience, this would be more of a once in a month thing not too frequent. Which they offered more of the staple sushi dishes. If you live around the neighborhood you have to try it at least once!

So this review is based on someone that never been to a shabu shabu restaurant before. Coming here I was expecting a normal buffet nothing to special but the price of being $29.95 a person it had to be different I thought. I walk through the door and we were greeted by a friendly receptionist explaining what type of buffet it was and they just recently changed the menu. Once we were seated a waiter came and we got to choose what type of broth for the hot pot to choose from. They had mala mala, tonkasu, miso and vegetarian broth you could try two at a time with a divider. We chose the Mala mala broth and it was amazing the sauce had a very good zing to it without being overly spicy. Now the waiter did ask if it was our first time there so she recommend the combo for the meat and seafood. As you see in the picture that's the different meats and seafood you could get or you could get a tray of a specific item, also everything is unlimited. Now where the buffet comes into play is they have three sections one is the vegetables like watercress, bokchoy, etc Next is the different types of oden like fish cakes and such. Last would be the noodles that you could add like udon, ramen and the like. They have a sushi bar and some hot food that work well with the hot pot but you could be full just with the hot pot alone. All in All this was the best Shabu shabu experience I ever been through and I will definitely come back again. P.S. there was also a dipping sauce bar

Awesome restaurant with real Asian rice, the sushi doesn't have tons of rice and you are able to prove lots of different types, it is also possible to have excellent mussels, everything is fresh and flavor is terrific, if you don't like raw fish Noboru algo offers meat and vegetarian options, service is great and staff is really professional. You are able to see a spotless kitchen and also watch the sushi man's technique. During the week, in the lunch, Noburo have a special price and since there is no need to order it is a great place to come real quick for good food and then go back to work. The only downside is that there is no WiFi available.
