Very bad staff has no clue what cappuccino is and the one who does says every time I stop after work that they just cleaned the machine so I walk out with my wallet in hand l. They are open til 7 not 5 or 6

They were speaking Portuguese about us and they were saying bad things, I know this because my friend understands Portuguese and told us what they said. They told us to leave the store we did and one of the employees not on the window and raised the middle finger and me.

4 o’clock and nothing in stock. Looked like she just wanted to close down and leave. 3 out of 4 items they didn’t have.

Ordered coffee light one Splenda and bagel not toasted.
Received black coffee and a toasted bagel. It was the only one in the store at the time.

Horrible experience. Not a customer insight beside myself. Ordered the food, waited patiently while the morning crew ladies are yelling god knows what in Portuguese throwing things and running back and fourth and after 20 minutes finally got my food

I usually love this place, as it is the closest Dunkin to me and most of the ladies are wonderful. However, I just left there after ordering my normal cold brew and the server told me it’s not good for me (I’m 40 weeks pregnant). I told her my OB is aware of my caffeine habits and is fine with them.
Not sure why people feel the need to butt into pregnant ladies diets and tell them (wrongly, might I add) what is best, but I think some people there might need some training about the appropriateness of acceptable conversation. I’m sure this employee didn’t say a thing to the obese customer ordering their daily donuts.

No drive thru, but they were quick with my app order so it didn't take up a huge amount of time. I prefer drive thru when I have the baby in the car so I don't have to unstrap him and then strap him back in, especially when I'm in a huge hurry.
They also didn't check who it was who took the order, it was just left out. They didn't even say anything to me, anyone could have taken it... :/

This is my go to dunks. If you live in MA you have a go to dunks. The staff is incredibly kind and they are very efficient. I recommend this dunks to everyone in the area!
