Dunkin'

This is the worst Dunks in the world. I work down the street and will mobile order a coffee and walk down to retrieve it. I have been locked out TWICE both times never getting my coffee while the workers are working and there’s patrons in there. This last time I was locked out (happened just now) I politely knocked on the window to a patron who was just as rude, to ask if they could open to the door (I wasn’t alone waiting for the door to open by the way) and the worker said go through the drive through which why would I? I walked there and just wanted to pick up the simplest order. Then after 5 minutes of waiting the worker comes to us finally and was so rude to us. I am at a loss for words. The workers are SO rude all the time; wish I could get a refund. Seriously need to reconsider your staff and management.

The staff is so rude and totally clueless Tired of going here even though it is very close to my home…. Only out of desperation or in a hurry Otherwise I visit the one in Reading or the Dunkin At the other side of town! Almost always they do not have product so end up with a medium black ICED coffee shush is sooo easy but never fails I usually have to repeat ….. Gosh Can’t you get it together… I’m getting tired of Dunkin Terrible customer service is reason enough to go elsewhere!

Fantastic customer service, very patient and pleasant workers. I had ordered an on the go order for a Lg coffee, when I showed up 5 minutes later the drive thru line was around the building, inside had a huge line and my coffee wasn’t made yet. They were understaffed (only 3 people for the rush) and were rushing around to get everything done - inside other Customers had attitude, this was by far one of my best experiences with Dunkin’ Donuts especially during a busy time.

We enjoy hanging out. Yesterday we went to this fine restaurant which we didn’t know before. We enjoyed a beautiful experience there with exceptional dishes and a professional team and a professional chef. We added this fine restaurant in our phone list and we shall certainly return soon. We deeply recommend.
