Disgusting made food poor service having to repeat my self to the person in drive thru. Then they speak so low got my sandwich Chrispy chicken more like dry and just down right Disgusting yes its burned an dry this is so disgusting the frys were gross tasted like last weeks meal. Threw the whole meal out

I was told to pull up and wait for my meal. Mind you the store was not busy at the time I had one car in front of me and one behind me, I was told they were waiting for my sandwich and to pull to the rail, no problem I understand. I get home sit down to enjoy my meal, I start eating my sandwhich as I get more to the center it gets red. Now I have never received a burger like this from any McDonald’s it grossed me out, and I couldn’t finish my meal. it seemed like it was a frozen patty that was not cooked all the way through. DISGUSTING AND DISAPPOINTED!

Until just recently this McDonald’s was the best around. All of a sudden they can’t get anything right and the food preparation is horrible. They burn everything, the fries are never full and they can’t ever get the meat in the center of the bun. I even got two pieces of bread with absolutely nothing in between. If I could give negative stars I would.

Waited in drive through line for 6-7minutes, just before I ordered my breakfast the sign changed to lunch menu as I was waiting for the person to take my order They took my order at 10:31 and told me they are no longer serving breakfast they stop at 10:30. It was 10:31 and I just waited in the long drive through line for 6-7 minutes. Seriously, who wants a burger at 10:30 am anyway. Everytime I ever go to this location they mess up my order. Every single time. I’ll just go to the one on 41 from now on.

This McDonald's is the worst I've ever been to. I will only go there if someone ask me to go for them. Last time I went for my grandkids and got home to find I wasn't given everything I ordered. On another occasion, after waiting over 20 minutes for a cheeseburger and frappe I get to the car and my husband opened the cheeseburger and it was literally a black as a piece of coal and I recently seen a man, after receiving his order, come back to the counter because they gave him JUST A BUN WITH KETCHUP!! No meat! No nothing! How the **** does that happen?

Ordered cheeseburger happy meal to get toy for my granddaughter. I asked which toy was told "Mario" ok great, that's what I'm looking for, so I order two one for me one for my husband. Hamburgers were completely cold, pretty dry. Fries were hot and crispy, only complaint is there was only half a bag in each box. Toy was not Mario it was Encanto. Magic is not something we choose to invite into our lives ..so no good there. I went into exchange toys and was pleased that I got the Mario toys. I used my app to get the buy one get one free bakery item and ordered two hot apple pies, as shown in the bakery box in the counter. Kid at counter said sorry that's not a bakery item...really pie is not a baker item? Ok so paid full price no big deal ..then I get to car and see the sell by time.....see photo..only should have been thrown out over an hour ago... And it tasted that way too.

Worst run McDonald's I have ever seen I thought I would give them a second try and they failed badly.
