Panera Bread

I do love Panera and go there a lot. The kids working at Panera North Port are really great but this store has high staff turnover. New faces every week. The management of this Panera seems to be not up to the task. I’ve been having headaches and sneezing attacks whenever I sit there for an hour, or longer. The place is infested with black mold. It is clearly visible on pretty much every single AC vent in this coffee shop (see photos). It’s disgusting! I brought this to a manager’s attention a couple of months ago, showing her an AC vent. I also told one of the girls about the mold problem. They are aware of it and even admitted that some employees got sick from it, too. For Christ’s sake, this is a restaurant! You have paying customers who eat there and you have high school kids working there! Management, do something about it! Nobody deserves to be subjected to such disgusting and dangerous conditions. Its a health hazard, plain and simple. ——— Revised June 2022. Most of the moldy AC vents and ceiling tiles have been replaced (see photo). Apparently, these reviews are being read. Cashier when walking in announces in a gleeful tone: “Hello, I want to let you know there is a 30 minute wait for food orders”. The cashier stated it was due to staffing. The restaurant was about 30% full. No cars in the drive thru because they closed it with a traffic cone. No one eating outside. We looked the dining room and no one has food. There were about 9 employees working but it is clear there is no one running the business. No sense of urgency amongst the employees. A once great company letting excuses ruin their brand. It will be easy to staff once they ruin their traffic.

Ordered 2 plain bagels with 2 plain cream cheese. Instead of saying they were out of plain cream cheese they gave us a very small black container with like a teaspoon of cream cheese which didn't even cover half a bagel. I would of rather of been told they were out of it instead of paying $2 for something that doesn't even cover half a bagel when I ordered 2. Do better panera

The team lead guy with blue eyes needs to be checked on his ability to pay attention. I’m a dasher and asked him about a specific order… he told me it was coming up. I waited over 45 mins and checked on it again just for him to tell me it had been done a while. Then a short girl with reddish hair and glasses asked me if she could help and she did but she gave me a stank face while she did. If anything she should’ve been understanding and nice. Please someone say something to these two. If you can’t handle things when they get tough you really don’t need to be working here. This made two of my customers severely unhappy and also kept me from making more money. Going slow and not paying close enough attention costs everyone but you guys.

The staff fails to realize it is the customer that pays their checks. The bread was stale and my tuna was sloppy, it was hardly on the bread. I do not understand why is it difficult to at least put everything on the bread? Made several complaints to management and still no improvements. I would not advise for anyone to go to this location they do not take pride in their service onto their customers. Very disappointed, zero stars!!!!!!!

Very disappointed in this location. Extremely slow when I came in, dishes stacked up everywhere, not a single clean table inside as you can see I am sitting at what I deemed to be the cleanest. When I received my food there was remnants of other food I did not order on my “clean” plate- as well as a seed of some sort in my Mac and cheese. I understand fridays are difficult but this is disgusting:
