*edited review 9/15* Convient location. The screen on the outside is blurry so it is a little hard to read the menu when ordering. Occasionally drinks are made incorrectly but are usually on par and delicious. Always fast and friendly. *edit portion as well as stars: service has been terrible lately and not efficient. My previous mobile order took forever to be completed, (they had no hot coffee going or started at all yet). I had to wait a long time for them to brew my coffee because they didn't see it on my order till after everything else was made and cooked. The munchkin box wasn't even made correctly either. Come today a few days after the last mishap and once again order mobile. The order wasn't all fully there, realize that, so I go back in, they announce the rest of my order so I grab it. Get home with it just to find out they missed the FIRST sandwich on my order. I tried calling the store to let them know and figure something out so I wasn't just losing money, but the line goes straight to voice-mail. (Not even a ring, straight to their "leave a message after the beep for...) This location could be great but they really need to get their employees better at handling a fast paced work environment with multiple orders at once.

As a frequent visitor, I can say that this is my favorite coffee place around! The service is quick and accurate every time. The employees, especially Peyton(a staff member who I see working very often), are extremely patient and kind towards other customers and I. Peyton always takes the extra step to smile at me and make sure my order is just right every time! Unlike some of the staff, Peyton goes out of her way to ask about my day, how I am, etc. I highly recommend this location and hope that everyone is lucky enough to interact with Peyton!!!

UPDATE: We have not been here in a while due to them always messing up our orders, missing things, etc. We decided to go today...last time I reviewed they got 1 star. Today definitely 5 stars! We did not wait for long in the drive through, or for our order to be made. Employees were friendly and not yelling at each other like the last time... the order was absolutely correct, looked great and and tasted good! VERY happy with this much needed change! Waited about a half hour or so in drive throu, we got our drink which was supposed to be a hot black coffee with cream and espresso. COLD. So, we had to park and go inside as to not wait another half hour in the drive through and it took about another 25 min to get the correct drink inside.

the last couple of times i have came to this location they have messed up my drink and i ALWAYS tip. not once have i not . now i’ve been in like for 35 minutes , and still have not even gotten to the order thing. people are beeping out here and throwing their hands up, it’s absolutely ridiculous. literally each car sits at the order speaker for 8 minutes each .

Waited 15 minutes in the lobby to order and no one was up front to take orders. We ended up walking out and so did the line behind us. This store is a joke. Never gets orders right, and the service is horrible. I'm guessing the owner doesn't care about profits and let's it walk out the door. Avoid this store if you can.
