I have lived here 5 years and never once gotten my order done right. Even something simple as 5 regular crunchy tacos will have sauces or even lack meat! Better to go to the Fairbanks chains…

On March 19 at around 4:45 pm I walked into this location and was blown away by the superb customer service I found there. Thank you Taco Bell for proving there are some places in Alaska that care about providing friendly, quick, and attentive service. We all know that is not the norm 😂🤣

I ordered twice in 2 days and just few minutes ago I got order togo. Again messed up.
I asked for 1 chicken and 2 veggie burrito specifically and still they all gave beef only.
Really sucks. I have to throw all beefs ones coz we don’t eat.
Super hungry and get wrong order no wish to drive back all d way to store.
Will never going back to this location.
1st day not even a single order on screen still they messed up. Thank you for your customer service.

Took 1 hour to receive 2 tacos, customer service was very bad, workers in the back on they’re phones while lobby is full, and equipment messed up everyone’s order

Employees are all rude and don’t care if they mess up orders or forget items and it’s a hassle and a half to get mistakes corrected

Doesn't always give you what you ordered, staff seems to not pay attention to what they are doing most of the time, I've gotten food that wasn't made correctly and I've gotten orders missing items.
