Wendy's

Dropped by today to get a Dave's single with no cheese combo. However they were out of ALL soda. Only had ice tea and frosty. So, I order sandwich only with no cheese. They gave me a sandwich already made but removed part of the cheese. The employees obviously don't take pride in providing good and properly prepared food. Being lactose intolerant I was unable to eat the sandwich. Wasted my money.

Okay this is a standard issue Wendy's restaurant a chain known to be a cut above your run-of-the-mill fast food. This location in North Pole though had an extremely friendly and patient staff. I don't go to Wendy's very much so I asked several questions about things on the menu. They were helpful I got a great meal.

We went there about a few minutes ago and our food was hard and looked stale. It’s the middle of the day everything should be fresh! I’m very dissatisfied and won’t recommend. It also tasted very rubbery, everything they make it’s always hard and stale. There’s been two times when things have been fresh.

Just wanted to give a shout out to the crew today around 2 pm. My order was perfect, everything looked and tasted fresh, in addition the young man who took my order and I presume was the one at the window too was smiling, pleasant and kind. I know how rough getting a location going can be in the beginning so ive been reluctant to swing by, but you guys hit it out if the park for us today, we'll be back!

Why is this Wendy’s still open? I hope that the employees are actively trying to get this location shut down, because if that is the case, they can at least think that they are doing something right. They’re ALWAYS out of something, bacon, nuggets, Frostys or even fries. How does a fast food burger place run out of fries? The restaurant is filthy, the employees are rude and they take forever to do the very little work they try(?) to do.

Gone to the wendys in north pole, AK about a dozen times now. Short version: extremely slow service, closes early, competent customer service Quality of service is spotty at best, and usually pretty horrible. It's 3 PM on a monday, and I've been waiting in line for almost half an hr. There were 5 cars ahead of me when I pulled in. Now there are 2. Lobby is closed. It's supposed to be fast food. I could have bought and cooked store bought chicken nuggets/wings in that time. And speaking of things closed, this store will also often close before their posted hours (hours that I've confirmed with the people that work there). Customer service is ok. They at least seem to try, but that does little when the wait time is longer than a sit down dinner.
