Cafe Stratos

Nice cafe with a very pleasant staff. The salad bar is adequately stocked and clean. The potatoe and bacon soup was delicious and fresh bread was provided with butter. The gyro I ordered was not as flavorful as I wanted as the meat was leaning on the bland side. The same can be said for the veal cutlet which had a very nice crust on it, but the cutlet itself could use more seasoning. Not a terrible meal at all, but was expecting more from the food.

Wow what can I say! The food is still really, really good but the decor has completely changed. I absolutely love the new upgrades and remodel. Very nice and the booths are now comfy! So the service was good but the food was really, really good! Let me start off that unless noted the Soup and Salad bar come with your entree! Such a great meal. I had the homemade Bean soup well twice that's how good it was. My son and hubby had the chicken and dumplings soup was delicious. I ordered Greek pork chops you get 3 of them with the most flavorful garlic buttered mashed potatoes. Hubby ordered the ocean perch dinner that he kept saying ... Ummm, yummmm, ummm to....lol and our son had the The Souvlaki with rice pilaf and tzatziki sauce. So yummy and the best part of all There is an Early Bird special that makes your meal ( from a selected extensive list) only 1/2 price. So with drinks, bread butter, incredible soup, deliscious salad bar, and entrees all around our meal was under $30.00 Check out the amazing photos I took. Look at those glistening pork chops... My husband and I have been coming here for years and enjoy the food and servers. They have opened up the floor plan to make it compliant with the six foot distancing guideline. They ask you to wear masks when you enter and any time you are not in your seat and they have very clearly posted on their doors the precautions that the staff takes every day before they open to help us customers be safe. If you’re looking for a nice afternoon, early evening out, give Strato’s a try.

Go their regularly cause the food is decent and the price is great. With the virus current we don't go inside and it appears the waitresses do not like serving outside. Yesterday we wanted to enjoy the last day of warm weather but we're told the chairs were locked up and they did not have a key...had they wanted they could have offered to bring out the inside chairs . Not sure why the waitresses do not like coming outside it's been an ongoing problem each time we go there.
