Every single time I have dined in this cozy little Vietnamese/Cambodian restaurant I have truly enjoyed my meal and the service provided. I enjoy flavor that to others may be a bit extreme. I love super hot foods. Even at the hottest this is flavorful food, perfectly prepared and plated in portions that I find generous without being wasteful. When they say hot, they mean hot. Trust the guidance of the wait staff! The staff is always polite and the restaurant impeccably clean. Prices are, in my opinion, appropriate for the quality and quantity of food provided. I will return whenever I am in the area.

This was such a lovely experience. The atmosphere was cozy, especially with friends around. The service was incredibly good and the waitress was such a sweetheart. The mini sprongrolls were cute and so yummy and the milk coffee I got was so decadent. I'll be back without a shadow of a doubt.

Phnom Penh in North Olmsted is by far one of my favorite restaurants. The dishes are excellent, service is great and the prices are very reasonable. If you're looking for SE Asian fare you'll enjoy this place.

Great Service! but, I've had real khmer food and this is not it. More thai food than anything.

I don't know what happened, but this is the first time we went back since they reopened. The prices increased a lot, not just by a dollar or two here and there, but the entire menu increased a very noticeable amount. We ordered all of our usual favorite dishes that we normally love that usually tastes excellent, but everything tasted different this time, EVERY SINGLE ITEM, even beverages, like it was a completely different restaurant. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't that good either. There was one new dish we tried that was extremely salty, so salty that none of us could eat it and it just didn't taste good at all, compared to everything else. When I explained to the lady about the dish, she brought out a take out container which lead me believe she barely understood enough English to comprehend what I was saying about the salty, inedible dish. This was not the regular lady who is usually there all the other times we have been. I asked if there were new owners or if there was a new cook and she claimed it is the same cook as always. I find that hard to believe as every regular item we normally ordered did not taste like it was from the same restaurant. No remedy was offered to correct the problem, even after I urged her to have the cook taste the dish himself. They did not offer to take it off our bill or cook a replacement dish, even after I asked if they could just cook another dish for me. She kept trying to get us to take home the leftover even though I repeatedly said that it was not good, that we don't like it, we won't eat it, and we don't want it. She claimed that the cook insisted that THAT IS how salty that dish is supposed to taste. As salty as some other restaurants can be, I understand some dishes are just not likely to please everyone's tastes, so I noted that I would never order it again. After getting tired of trying to communicate, I just gave up, paid the bill, and left. In all honesty, I don't think I'll be returning, as sad as that makes me feel, it just definitely wasn't the same.

If you can figure out the parking you won't be disappointed with the food. I recommend one of their smoothies to go with any meal you choose.

Great little place. I had the Mi Chha with chicken. Pan fried egg noodles with vegetables. It was great.

This is my favorite restaurant of all time. I travel quite a bit, but every time I'm back in Cleveland this is my go to place. Huge variety of options and they're all amazing. Plus it's BYOB so a money saver for sure!
