Jentry, Aiden, and Fallon are amazing employees. They treated us very kind as we came in very close to their closing. We where greeted with big smiles and loaded up subs. Very happy with how these young guys conducted themselves. Will deifnetly be back thanks to these guys, I was about to give up on this location but these guys have saved this customer form going elsewhere. Give them a raise 🔥🔥🔥

Bought a turkey sandwich on Italian white bread, with lettuce, tomatoes, green peppers, provolone cheese, light mayo, chocolate chip cookie. Sign said be patient and kind to staff, as orders are made fresh and they may be multi-tasking and under staffed. No problem, seems all businesses have this issue and I believe in treating workers with respect and kindness. I've done most of these jobs, so it's easy to put myself in their shoes. The wait actually was minimal, the staff was friendly and the sanwich was delicious!!! I hadn't had one in quite a while. I missed you Subway😉

Great sandwich, friendly staff. Unfortunately, the one who prepared my sandwich didn't listen or think ahead very well. I asked for cheese THEN bacon laid out then toasted before anything else was added
He looked me right on the eye, said "Ues Sir." Then started to add meat. I reminded him of my request. He apologized, removed the meat then bacon first before cheese.
This a minor point, and not very big, but it showed what I saw as a lack of adaptive thinking. Part of the appeal of bacon is the crispy texture when toasted onto a sandwich. The sensible act would be either to ask the customers preference or just put the bacon on TOP of the cheese before toasting the bread.
Everyone else was great: fast, efficient and courteous. The one who started my sandwich was the ONE who seemed to lack any active listening or critical thinking skills.

Ran out of the BBQ rib when I got there..Bummer!! But they did make it right and gave me me a free sandwich..We did buy 3 sandwiches..Thanks for great customer service Subway.

So, my wife and I had all 3 of our young kids with us and needed health food quick so we hopped into Subway near where we shop and walked in and found a surprise. I went it 1/12/19 at 4:30 and found 3 brand new, young kids work slowly and accurately to get about 3 customers in the drive thru and 4 in the door taken care of. I waited 20 minutes to order. I ordered and all the kids worked slowly and accurately to get the order right. When we sat down my wife heard them asking each other how new everyone was; all 3 looked new and under 17. I don't know the circumstances the manager or the location was facing to have 3 newbies all working together with no experienced help but those 3 kids worked their butts off to get everything done, and I am certain they were stressed! Way to go to their persistence and tenacity to pull off a job well done in a hectic setting!

Well, you'd be lucky to see the same person working there two days in a row. The subs are usually low quality, but sometimes you'll get a normal sub, which is great for this location! Also, get there early in the day before they run out of stuff to put on the sub. The employees are usually nice and friendly though.
