My 19-year-old needed lab work and she is terrified of needles. We were dreading this appointment, but Iris checked us in and was a total God-send! She has been a phlebotomist for 30+ years, had my teen laughing in no time, and got her on the first stick. The appointment from start to finish was quick and actually pleasant. My daughter swore that if she needs any lab work in the future, we have to come back here!
We recently had to go for blood work and chose this location for convenience. The Kiosk registry was quick and efficient. My husband needed some special blood work; after giving the prescription from doctor to Lisa, at front desk, she checked her computer to be sure it was a test they offered, it was. She was very nice and so patient. We were in and out within 15 minutes. We will definitely return here when needed.
UPDATE: I went in the next day (Saturday 9/26/20) and had a MUCH better experience. The ladies working were extremely nice and upbeat. Made having lab work a positive experience. So my advice to everyone is to avoid the weekday staff if possible. They’re not the friendliest people in the world.

Without a doubt THE WORST location. Rude staff from the front door to the testing rooms. I got the impression everyone working here actually hates working here and they take it out on the clients. If you have any kind of questions (you know, because you don’t do this everyday) they act like it’s a major inconvenience to answer your questions. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. Go to ANY other. You’ll be glad you did.
My doctor ordered 23 tests, which required 15 vials of blood be drawn. I get anxious when I have my blood drawn, especially if I haven't eaten and its a large amount. Terri took my blood. She did an excellent job, and kept me calm. I was able to lie down, and request where they took the blood from. The wait was short, considering I was a walk in, and the staff at the front desk was great. Disregard the bad reviews for this location. I highly recommend this location, and ask for Terri if she is there, especially if you have issues with your blood being drawn.

I have gone to this location for Labcorp for MANY YEARS. Although in the past the receptionists were gruff and not helpful, I have found that has changed. I find the service very professional, PROMPT if you make an online appointment, as well as being very Covid conscious. I only go to this location and am giving them a 5 star review for their excellent service. Please keep up the great work. Let's remember to leave positive reviews, too!
I really appreciate the Saturday hours so I could bring my child in for testing without missing school. Our lab technician was friendly and understanding with my nervous child.
I had an appointment here at 8, on a Saturday. After reading all of the negative reviews I thought they were probably not even open. Thankfully that wasn't the case and check in couldn't have been easier. There were 3 or 4 kiosks where you check yourself in using your driver's license. It is now 8:09 and I am back in my car, headed home. Presently their hours are
M, W, F: 7-3
Tues, Thurs: 7-5
Sat: 7:30-12:30
