Warm welcome was received which is always nice! As a starter, I ordered two empanadas, then selected the Wednesday Special which consisted of a mini bandeja paisa and soup. According to the menu, lunch specials are available from 11:30am-3:30pm. Soup was served and I reminded the waiter that we had ordered empanadas, she said there made a la minute which I was fine with however the delivery time was unacceptable. As I’m finishing up my bandeja paisa the empanadas come out. At that point, I was a little disappointed because I was already full with the meal I had just eaten. I tried ordering another special TO GO and the waiter said, the special is no longer available. So, I asked why isn’t it available and she just said, we’re done with specials for the day. So, I asked for the menu and showed her that the menu indicated differently and she said, No we’re done with specials. FALSE ADVERTISING, it was 1:41pm when I attempted to order a special TO GO. Not sure if I’ll return. That left a bad taste on my mouth.
Great little Columbian restuarant in North Miami beach. The empanadas were very good and freshly made. The menu had alot of variety of different meals. The staff were courteous and the service was good.
As a Colombian I appreciate this small restaurant. The food is excellent. Tried the soup sancocho was amazing. Also the bandeja paisa also awesome. Ambience is good. It's clean & has nice staff. Good prices. A keeper on my food places for sure.
We received the most outstanding service there! He checked on us every single moment, he also gave us candy at the end as a nice gesture. I do recommend it not just because of the service but the food is amazingly good!!! A must try! Definitely coming back but with my family.
Food really good and affordable. Restaurant clean. Bathroom clean. Server extremely rude. We were half way eating when drinks arrived. I dont know if I will go back.
