Taco Bell

My whole order was all messed up, looked like a kindergartner put it together it was made incredibly messy and without any care, when my order arrived it was all smashed up and all my hard shell tacos were broken and soggy. My Doritos loco taco “supremes” were not made correctly, no sour cream or tomato. Love wasting money on upgrades I don’t get. Came with no sauce when I specifically asked for at least 15 packets. No napkins either even though I asked for those as well. My drink came with no straw. Basically it seems like the employees did whatever they could to get the order made and sent out as fast as possible without considering that maybe it should be done correctly as well.

Great place to get Taco Bell tacos. Restaurant was clean. We were the only ones eating in the lobby on a Saturday night so it was skeptical but the food tasted fine. The food was good for the price we paid. You can order from the kiosk and avoid people if you don’t feel like interacting with anyone.

The food is created fast however at night, my burritos often seem to have been put together by a novice. Thirty percent of the time they are leaking the filling due to improperly being wrapped or have a gash. Most often the burritos are smaller then the other taco bells due to less filling. The filling also seems to be separated sometimes. I can eat half or more of the burrito and THEN hit the pocket of sauce in it. These issues seem to be mostly alleviated for day shift though.

This Taco Bell customer service is absolutely ridiculous and flat out rude unacceptable😡😡😡😡. Black girl who supposedly take our order completely ignored us and kept talking and yapping with co workers. When ask to take our orders, she had the nerds to give us an attitude😡😡😡🤬🤬. Will never get my food from this Taco Bell again!

Not acknowledged at all for awhile at drive thru, we had to finally say hello a few times then we were finally talked to but told harshly to just wait. Upon pulling around after order was taken, they were taking orders and serving people that walked up to drive thru window. VERY dangerous for those customers and those of us driving in a car in the drive thru lane . The walk up customers then stood by drive thru window after their order was completed cussing and throwing rocks in landscaping across from drive thru window. My biggest pet peave: when someone gives your company money just say thank you, even if you don't mean it...a blank cold stare is unsettling. Food was made wrong. Burritos were cold. Very disappointing all the way around.
