Dunkin'

#1 huge pothole in the middle of the drive thru. #2. Waited for 3 minutes at drive they to order. No one was there. I decided to pull up. I told the girl I wanted to order. She said I have to order at the speaker. I told her I waited and no one came so I would like to order now. She said they were busy doing something and said I had to go back around to the speaker to order. Are you kidding me? Went up the street to another D&D and ordered there. Much nicer better experience.

This is not my first visit at this particular DD, walked in finally after a few mins gone by I said can I place my order said no, use the kiosk which didn’t even have on it what I wanted. Last visit through the food in the bag and half of the order was missing! Don’t waist your time! They are HORRIBLE!!! Minus -5 stars???? Yea

This location does not know what they are doing at all. It took them forever to make our sandwiches and there was hardly anybody in the store even though the drive-thru was busy. It is clear that drive-thru customers are more important than the customers inside the store. Also when they finally made our sandwiches as you can see in the image that I have posted my sandwich was completely slanted and I had to stack it properly and my wife's sandwich which is not posted was burnt. I suggest you find another Dunkin location with better service.

On Tuesday about 1pm there were 3 workers taking care of the drive-thru. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes before someone tells me that I have to use the kiosk behind me which I was not aware of. Never used the kiosk and no one offered to help. I walked out. Terrible service. The next D&D down the street had someone helping people and service was much better.

The employees at Dunkin are Rude and have not idea when it comes to Customer Service. When i have to go to any of them i order three items but after i order the first one and before i can start telling them the next it is "Anything Else" the second item it is the same thing "Anything Else". The Manager and even the owner should have more common sense to teach the employees some sort of skills. This happens in both the drive through and if i have to go in and order at the counter. Then the one up the road by the car dealerships are completely clueless. Someone asked for lemonade and the lady asked another worker if it had lemon in it. Ordered through the kiosk and waited 20 minutes before being noticed.

Worst of 3 dunkins on my drive. They open late / aren't prepared. Drive-through operator doesn't confirm parts of order or complete order, often doesn't even confirm they heard you just open air. Then, naturally, they get it wrong. I've even gotten to the window, had the guy incorrectly confirm my order, corrected him, and got the wrong stuff anyway. Also, they run the hot holders too early and too long so the food is gross. I've gone several times and I won't be back.
