Go early on the weekends! I did and it was very busy! Be ready for sticker shock. But, with inflation, the price of everything is going up. Speaking of up.. Airplanes ✈️! The inside has a track with flying vessels that cruise over your head 🗣️. If you are tall, watch your head! Memories came flooding in from my childhood to my trip to Europe 🌍 a few years ago. Seeing the models of the Boeing 747, Concorde, the biplane that I took a flying lesson in and the Air-Force refiling plane that a family member use to work on left me in a world 🌎 of memories. Inside is in great shape. Bathroom was immaculate and had an air freshener that left a pleasant aroma. Huge and friendly staff! Great 👍 service! A woman who was directing the staff had a girl refresh coffee ☕ with a pot of regular and decaf in each hand 👏. I ordered two 🍳 eggs scrambled with anadama bread 🍞 and potato 🥔 pancakes. The potato pancakes looked like flat tater tots. That was the only part of the meal I wasn't impressed with. Hot sauce available. The condiments were cold which I found to be a nice 👍 touch. Assortment of jellies and jams. Outdoor dining available with heaters set up. Didn't see any activity on the runway. Maybe next time. It is a little noisy, but, I recommend a visit. My friend, in a past conversation, said he liked it and insisted I visit for breakfast 🍳. I'm glad I did.

As a commercial pilot, I love everything aviation and The Airfield Cafe did not disappoint. We arrived at the busiest time on Sunday and were seated promptly. Our server was Georgie and she was awesome, attentive and friendly!!! I had the Reuben Omelet which was delicious. We even got to see a Cessna 172 takeoff and a Piper Cub land.. Perfect way to start the day!!

Amazing!! The Golden Glory plate is super yummy (this one has ham). You can also choose sausage or bacon. The views are spectacular! We’ll definitely be back! I love that they allow doggies. Thank you!

The Airfield Cafe is the perfect place to grab breakfast (all day!) or lunch and watch the small planes come and go. There is plenty of indoor and prime outdoor seating (shade, umbrellas or picnic tables, lots of options). The food is fresh and really tasty. The staff is really friendly and prompt. Great place for families with young kids as they get to see all those planes (the ceiling track is amazing)

This was a great stop. We just driven 4 hours from New York State and we're looking for a quick lunch and the airport cafe did not disappoint. The interesting thing is how we came to be there. I used my navigation system in my car to look up restaurant and decided that I was going to take the first entry that had the word cafe or diner in it the airfield cafe was the choice. I had a Reuben sandwich which was delicious and would be eaten again next time I'm there. The service was great atmosphere was awesome. They actually had planes flying around the ceiling so it was interactive and probably really cool for young kids. It was at the airport and we got to see planes taking off while we ate lunch and a show not a bad way to get a quick bite we will definitely be back By the way the place was jam-packed on a Monday in the winter at lunch time that should tell you everything you need to know about the airfield Cafe

There were so many great sounding/looking items on this menu - it was hard to narrow down what I wanted. My final choice was not disappointing. We went for breakfast on Father's Day and there was a long wait, but watching the airplanes taking off and landing helped to pass the time. The restaurant uses an app that tracks the progress of your wait - showing the entire waitlist, where you are placed in the list, and how long each party has been waiting; it was great to see these details!

Such a cute cafe with a fitting theme - I love the airplanes “flying” around the dinning room. The food is excellent and I will certainly be visiting again the next time I vacation in Hampton.
