I’ve had a phenomenal experience for Veterans Day. Being a veteran I was welcome with respect from the time I’ve entered and left. My server Robert a nice gentlemen was very respectful and very attentive that I was an Army Vet. Food was great. Robert informed me from the time that I ordered on updates on my order. Thank you Outback ! I will return to THIS location only!
Me, my boyfriend and my daughter came to visit on 12/3/23 and it was absolutely amazing! Both servers, Ella P and server assistant did a phenomenal job making sure we were taken care of. They brought out extra bread without us having us to ask for my daughter who they notice was enjoying the bread. They accommodated every need. Thank you again.
Stopped into this location while visiting from out of state. Wait time was reasonable for being dinner time on the weekend. Our food was expertly prepared and came out hot and flavorful. The prime rib outback style was amazing and the fresh vegetables were well cooked but still crunchy and was a welcome surprise as I don’t enjoy squishy vegetables. The highlight of our evening was our server Byron! He was excited, energetic and genuinely happy to take care of my family and I. He gave us the perfect balance of attention and time to socialize within our party.
Reagin was the best!!! We ordered curbside to go and she asked if we needed things we didn't even think of like extra butter and bread! Very friendly service and great food! We will definitely be back! PS... Still love the blooming onion!!!
We had a great dinner and a nice time escaping the rain at Outback after going to Patriot’s Point for the day. Our server Byron was really friendly and really attentive for having several other tables at the same time. Everyone was super friendly there and the food was great! I definitely recommend this Outback, and if your server is Byron you’ll definitely have a pleasant experience. 😊
Came in on a Sunday afternoon after the Redskins won #HTTR. The wait for a table was 45 minutes even though there was a plethora of open tables so we went to the bar. Had a fantastic bartender, Makenah who tended to us & was friendly & attentive. The food was sub par, unfortunately - salty & greasy fried mushrooms, couldn’t eat them & the prime rib, ordered med rare came out rare & had sat under the heat lamp to long. The kitchen might need a revamp but we’d come back & see your friendly bartender Makenah, she was awesome! 8/10

Had a great lunch today, the food was as expected but the service…..PHENOMENAL! We had Ann as a server and she was extremely attentive and friendly. By far THE best server we have had at ANY restaurant.
The wait was a little longer than quoted but it was no problem, the staff is so sweet and friendly and extremely helpful. Our server Laura was an absolute pleasure to have. She was prompt, polite, and funny! Always made sure our drinks were full, food was good, and that we were happy. It’s very refreshing to go out and get great service. As far as food goes, she recommended the lobster mac and it was AMAZING! Will definitely come back.
