We had a good time for my friends shower at Crab shack. Amber and kimmy took great care of us and shrimp and flounder was on point. The monthly drink pitcher was good to. We will come again.
We were in Charlestown on vacation and decided to give this place a try. We were definitely thrilled by the quality and amount of food. Cooked, breaded and served warm. After eating at another seafood place that was so bad we came back and ate again. Our waitress katelyn and blu were always seeing to our needs. Next time we are in Charleston we will be back.

My last visit was great good service. I came to celebrate a friends bday. And the service was good and the food was good. i def look forward to coming back in the future. It is good to know great service still exist.
Best seafood restaurant in Charleston SC
Amazing!. Loved it! The hushpuppies and sauce they were served with were very good. Kambrea did a great job and her recommendations were spot on. Will definitely come back next time I am in town.

Was visiting Tanger Outlets with family and looking for a good seafood restaurant. Had been down for a golf tournament 8 years ago and had eaten here. Loved it then . Wife has flounder and calabash shrimp . She liked it. One son had grilled swordfish over mashed potatoes . He loved it. Another son had all u can eat snow crab legs . They were a little overcooked but still really good and a great deal at $29 . I had fried seafood trio of shrimp scallops and oysters. The shrimp were really large , the portion size was really good and the meal was just as enjoyable as it was years ago . Great waitress . My family liked the restaurant atmosphere. It's rare when we all agree on a restaurant and this was a winner. This will be out go to restaurant when in charleston area
Excellent seafood, grilled or fried. We get takeout and it is always what we ordered and nice size portions. We have been several times over the past few years and quality is consistent. The grilled seafood platter is spicy so if you want less heat let them know to adjust that. We consider for a moment trying some other place, but always return here because we know it is excellent without taking a chance.
Spending time in the Charleston area with family has allowed me to find more of the local gems like the Crab Shack. We chose the Coosaw Creek location on Dorchester Rd. We were not disappointed. Our server was very pleasant, knowledgeable about the menu and made sure we had everything we needed. The food arrived in short order, beginning with the Crab Ball with roumalade appetizer. Lots of crab with just enough breading to hold it together. Excellent flavor! I will definitely be back for more of these! For my entree, I had the Stuffed Flounder, a large portion nicely prepared a lot of crab laden stuffing and topped with a sherry cream sauce. My husband left very satisfied after having the Shrimp and Scallop Casserole with sides of Cole Slaw and Red Rice. Overall, a pleasant atmosphere, good food, and reasonable prices.
Fried seafood is great. Collards were a little tangy for my taste but still tasty. As always, big shrimp! We didn't have a wait and the service was very good. It's kind of dark in the dining area near the bar but the food makes up for it.
What a great place. Great staff, fantastic food. It's a big place with lots of room. Hush puppies were a little too sweet for me, but were still pretty good. The collards were awesome. Get the Double D sandwich!! The fries that came with it were really good as well
Excellent customer service, Jennie served us very well. She was courteous and patient. We were a large group, but she got us happily seated and started our order. She kept our glasses full and always smiling. Flounder is huge! We enjoyed ourselves greatly. Thanks Jennie 👏👏
We decided to give this restaurant a try because it was further out of town and traffic was SO bad, we couldn’t get back into town if we tried. We walked in at about 4:15pm and we’re seated immediately! Our dinner didn’t take too long to prepare, and when we got our meal, we were so excited! I ordered the seafood scampi and it was my favorite meal during our entire trip!! He ordered a crab cake sandwich, I believe. It was HEAVENLY!! Our waitress was very friendly! We split the pecan pie with butter pecan ice cream and it was very, very good. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Charleston!
The food was great. Service was good. Jen, our waitress was cool and met all our dining needs. And they have lunch specials on a Sunday! Need I say more!
Amazing food and service. We ordered the raw oysters, mussels and hot crab and artichoke dip (which was the highlight!)

I absolutely adored this place. My brother suggested dinner there and I'm glad we did. We loved the bucket idea in the middle of the table. It wasn't so messy eating crab legs. The staff were very polite and friendly and the food was amazing! It wasn't very busy for a Sunday afternoon and it was perfect!
Grilled and fried seafood trio platters. The red rice wasn't as good this time (a little mushy and not as flavorful) but it was early in the day (1pm). But everything else was on point as usual. The grilled shrimp was the best! I used my $15 birthday discount. Sign up for the e-club, y'all!
