Arby's

I was nearly shocked at how beautifully decorated this location is. A super friendly staff greeted me as if arriving for fine dining. An all-around helpful staff made sure that every item ordered was prepared quickly and correctly. I could not of asked for anything more. If you are looking for an Arby's near the Belden Village Strip, stop in, you won't regret it. Being a vegetarian is the only thing keeping me from five stars.

We come to this Arby's Tonight 3-27-22, this Elderly looking Woman (with bleached hair) Worker (who Worked with Mitchell the Window Guy), she was Flirting purposely with my Spouse Tonight & she kept coming to the Window when Mitchell was Working the Window, my food was soooo gross that I threw away my soggy Rye bread with Fish, they don't fill up our drinks, they DON'T fill up Macaroni and cheese NOR Fries. My Spouse was COMPLAINING about HIS fries NOT being filled & his Fries were cold. Yet we paid 20.10 for 2 sandwiches (1 Soggy) & 1 Fry & 1 small COLD Macaroni and cheese ,2 Drinks. We asked for a SPOON TWICE & this Woman Worker gave us a KNIFE, then after STARING at my SPOUSE, she asked what we wanted, we said a SPOON then the Woman Gave us a FORK. My Spouse got angry. My Spouse is NOT as NICE as this Woman Worker thinks. At first no one at Arby's paid attention that we still were there. Really Uncalled for that a Woman Worker at their Job at Arbys WOULD Charm up & giggle Flirt (to build up her Loser Self Esteem) with a Married Customer thats sitting right NEXT to his Spouse in the Drive Thru . Not Professional. I'm guessing based off the NOSEY bleached blonde with Grandma hair that she was Manager because poor Mitchell NEVER got a chance to do his Job. I was watching. It's on Camera. What kind of People does Arby's Hire.
