Ihop

Expensive lesson learned. The omelettes are huge and hash browns were great, but the eggs used in the omelette were overcooked on the bottom and brown. We also had some food come out wrong from the kitchen. They were out of some ingredients, and instead of checking with us to see if we were okay with them substituting other toppings or flavors, they just did it. Unfortunately "their" selections of "our" food, didn't really mesh with our liking on a couple of choices. Odd that they do that instead of getting approval or asking if you want something else instead. Service was good. We kept hearing shouting coming from the kitchen area though and staff seemed upset with each other. And spending $60 for three breakfast meals, just left me desiring other breakfast places in the area much cheaper with better food. We likely won't be back, nothing really stood out as worthy of a revisit.

It has been quite a while since I’ve been to IHOP, so this past Wednesday I went there for dinner and had a great experience with the quality of the food and service. Everything was above my expectations. I ordered a breakfast combo meal and everything was perfect. The coffee that I ordered was very flavorful and fresh. I have no complaints whatsoever about the visit. I went down again this morning with some family and friends and had another breakfast combo. Again, it was without flaw. Our server did a fantastic job, coming back to our table often enough to see how we were doing and if drinks needed refilled, but not too often as to be bothersome. She did a fantastic job. The food was hot and fresh and very tasty. IHOP is batting 1000 so far. I look forward to going again and trying something different from their menu.

I love ihop, but today idk whats going on i ordered the 2 crispy chicken fillet with brocolli and mac and cheese with the side of 2 pancakes. when my order arrived i got 2 pancakes and a chicken sandwich, then they replaced it with everything but the mac and cheese and when they finally brought the mac and cheese it looks like a kids meal mac and cheese. Im very dissappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First visit LAST visit.This is one of the worst dinning experience in my 46 years on this planet. I ordered the Philly cheese stacker and it was so dry I didn't eat most of it. My daughter ordered cheesy eggs (orders it in Newark Ohio at iHOP all the time) the cheese had melted then solidification and then her food was delivered. When we said something to the waitress about how bad the food is and she said well what do you want free food, more food what? I was floored I just stayed no thank you we are fine. I spent $33.04 for half a sandwich and hash browns and a bowl of instant macaroni and cheese, because the rest of that food was inedible. The fries were way to salty and the worst part is they even screwed up my daughters PANCAKES!!!! Isnt that what their specialty is?? Never again!!!
