My go to Dunkin'. I love this place so much and the manager Jasmin is so sweet and always super helpful and she does everything with a smile on her face. I would rate my experience A+ Thanks you Jasmin!

Not only did it take her 10 mins to get off the phone and take my order but she got my order completely wrong. I ordered 1 coffee she charged me for 2 and gave me 2 coffees which were completely wrong. I then ordered a sandwich and hash browns and my sandwich was burnt and no has browns were given to me. So I got overcharged and my entire order was wrong. What a waste of $17 I will never go there again. Horrible customer service for a simple order.

The baristas are awesome, however this location is extremely busy and needs more workers. I waited over 20 min on my way to work to even hit the register. That is way to long when your swinging by on your way to the office. I like this location, it's very convenient but they need more workers to make it viable for people who do not have unlimited time to stand in line. I hate not leaving stellar reviews :-( wish this location was better staffed.

There is only one person in the mornings around 7:30am. She is unfriendly and very slow. Waited over 20 minutes just for my order to be taken. Many people leave because the wait time is so long. Even if I have submitted my order via the app - when I arrive it is not ready. They definitely need two or more people in the mornings (a person making the food and another taking orders and completing coffee orders). Very disappointing!!

Stood at the counter patiently waiting for someone to help me, as no one was behind the counter. If I was not addicted to coffee, I would have left. Finally a woman came to take my order and as I was waiting for my order to be filled, the donuts in front of me kept calling my name. Throwing caution to the wind, I asked for a half dozen. She started to place the donuts in a bag so I asked for a box, as I did not want 6 donuts stuffed and crushed in a brown paper bag. She asked, "It doesn't come in boxes... Anyway what's the difference?" with annoyance and frustration on her face and in her voice. I guess it was my fault for them running out of boxes. I told her I did not want the donuts and I would just take the coffee. She charged me for the coffee and she threw the change to me! (I'm over exaggerating... She tossed the change into my hand) She was just not pleasant to deal with at 5:30 in the morning.
Apologies for the long review. I either have too much time on my hands this morning, or I was extremely disappointed that I didn't get to eat my donuts.
To the woman working at dunkin donuts (Saturday 5:30am).....because of your demeanor and attitude during work.... You saved me from eating a whole lot of empty calories and a whole lot of sugar. I truly thank you for that!

I go there because the Edgewater location is usually very full and it takes a while to get your order in, now I know why so I go to this one to try them out bad idea, the place is empty so I'm assuming everything will be OK, nope the lady behind the counter has such a bad attitude when I order my food she will bag it and throw it does not say anything just goes to the back, even when you pay she does not check the credit machine and give your receipt just bags it does not say anything and goes.

So disappointed after being a customer for more than six months I sent my employees to get us some breakfast sandwiches at 3am being that its 24 hrs mind me I have never been told this before and I have worked at dunkin for 10 years as a manager so wen the guy said oh I'm not making sandwiches choose out of donuts we have I was confused I just had sandwiches nite before at the same time and he didnt deny me then . when my employees toldne what he said I called several times not even an answer no voice mail to leave a message.
