Subway

Limited menu compared to most other Subway's that we have been to, no soup, no gluten-free bread option for my child with no explanations despite having nutrition facts placed on their window. Where a bit short and rushing to make us made decisions on our orders, even knowing that we had children with us that needed to decide what toppings they wanted and seemed a bit annoyed that they were not making decisions fast enough. Had a very excellent food safety rating and quality of food is on par but customer service and making sure menu/breads are in stock needs a bit of improvement. Ok if you needed a quick bit but there are many other nearby options.

Subway... please please please get this location help. I have always been a huge fan of Subway. Even when it seems most the world in the media is against them. Subway, is normally a fast place to get a Sub sandwich. My wife and I walked into this location in a hurry and ended up leaving I kid you not 35 minutes later. There was only 1 couple ahead of us. The girl who was working was nice yeah, but she sadly just does not have it together. And as a health concern it really did make me feel gross due to the amount of bracelets she was wearing on each wrist. Even with gloves on I watched as her bracelets touched the people aheads food multiple times. As someone who has been a cook for a long part of their life and someone who has worked in a sandwich type environment before it should take less than 5 minutes to make a sandwich, let alone taking 35 minutes. Just show this location some love subway. You need it. -Colter

Came in 20 minutes before closing. Chose this store over Blimpie's since they were supposed to have avocado for our vegetarian sandwiches. They didn't even have enough spinach for one sandwich, no avocado, and the bathrooms were already closed for the night (we were traveling and the kids BADLY needed a bathroom). We should have just said never mind and left although they had already started just doing the bread! Employee was very unapologetic. Pitiful.

I went here today only because I had two gift cards that still had a balance. I was able to use the one that had $1.82. I tried my card that had $12.89 and they said it was declined. I told them exactly what the balance was and that I checked earlier today. I tried it to be told again that it was not accepted and that there was nothing they could do.

I just got a sandwich from this Subway and was kind of horrified. Both of the people on the shift at 6:50, where smoking outside the store. When I walked into Subway, they followed and said they would be right with me. They didn't wash their hands. Some may say, 'At least they put gloves on,' and yes, they did... Only after crumpling them in his hands and walking around the kitchen for a while. He then put the gloves on after holding them in his nasty ass hands. He got through the rest of the sandwich until he cut the foot long. To cut it, he pulled out a knife from a bucket full of watered down who knows what and it left residue on my bread. Sorry, but I'll eat somewhere else now.

My daughter and I came in to have lunch before traveling over Snoqualmie Pass. We each ordered a sandwich and made them meals. The total was over $20.00. I attempted to pay with a 50 dollar bill and the young lady working here told me she couldn’t take any bills larger than a 20 because the owners said they were likely fake. I told her I had a 50 and a 20 so she could take her pick. She took the 20. Are the owners that ridiculous?! I hope she didn’t have to pay the difference herself.
