I always get great service here and they actually do a good job on our orders. The employees are super nice and get orders out quickly. The New crispy chicken soft tacos are the bomb!

I arrived at 8:45pm on Friday 6/17/22. I was staying at the Quality in across the same parking lot. Their doors were locked so I called and was told they had closed the lobby early and they didn't "recommend" using the drive thru, on foot. Then the manager hung up on me. I waited in line and a server greeted me over the intercom but refused to take my order. Manager came on the line and reinforced that they would not serve me. They would not even meet me at the door. This is disgusting. I can understand being professionally obligated to uphold a rule, but they treated me with blatant disrespect and I hope at least one customer will read this and choose not to dine here. That said ... Sr&w you, TB. I ordered from Door Dash, and I tipped BIG.

They constantly short people their food and have them pay full price for their full meal. I have been shorted several times, called to complain and they ignore the phones. I've walked in, seen them slow and no one will pick up the phone. Absolutely terribe services. Zero stars if I could.

Well for being a tourist town let's hope you don't break down cause of you do and it's at night and you can't make it to the parts store till morning. Like this business did to a couple you will have the cops called on u your vehicle towed and you will be banned from the company for life. Why would we want to do that to our tourist beings we are a tourist town. Hmmm.

They have a big sign that always says breakfast till 11:00 a.m., but several time I have stopped there well before 11 and they say they aren't serving breakfast. Either do it right or don't do it at all, but don't advertise and then not do it. Figures based on how they short you lunch and dinner items as well.

I LOVE THIS BELL!! but after years of ordering here I've noticed it seems their turnover rate it high. Please treat your employees better. Even if it's the manager being toxic. We will notice if your staff seems happy. Trust me.

Order 12 tacos, ask for sauce, get 8 whole sauce packs! If sauce is that expensive raise your prices. Cheap AF franchise.

This place is horrible. I ordered food that came with stuff that my son is allergic to and we asked for it not to be on it. They refused to remake him one. Food was ice cold and drinks were watery. Service was slow never coming back here. Plus the tables were sticky and gross
