Red Mango

This was my first time visiting Red Mango. As I entered the front door, I was greeted with the most welcoming smile from a young lady named Julia. As I looked at the menu, I couldn't decided what I wanted but the employee asked me what do I like the most and she recommended peanut butter power house, It was so delicious. Red Mango is very clean, friendly and wonderful customer service. It's my new smoothie spot to be.

We've been coming here for 5+ years. The flavor selection is great, the local initiatives are wonderful, and the overall experience is one to share. There have certainly been times where the service could be better, even for a mostly-independent customer flow (once cashier told us our card went through then chased us down in the parking lot to come back in when it didn't, another time they were closing at 10pm then got understandly upset when we broke the news it was only 9pm so they had to open everything up again, and other things like that) but it's nothing to drop essays around. However, I wanted to take a second to finally write my review for one reason only: a cashier named BJ who I've never met before at this location. Amazing gentleman, eager to help, made more White Peach just for us, explained the homeless charity initiative at checkout, well-spoken, and we already know he's an honest person with the little we spoke. I'm not kidding when I say my family looked around thinking "that was probably the best experience we've had in there" when we left. If management wants an example of someone to lead that store, it's BJ; empower your staff by installing an example amongst them, watch what happens!
