I can't believe how much the quality has gone down over the years....and still, they charge fresh bakery/coffeeshop prices. Blech! ...and on goes the decline!

All of the ice cream seemed to be melting and I was ignored for more than 10 minutes. I understand that the cashier was helping another customer but she could have acknowledged us.

The food and service are fine. However, the location on Kirk Rd., just north of Butterfield Rd. in Aurora, is much cleaner and the staff much friendlier.
