Wendy's

I have a lot of why’s???? Why did it take 16 minutes to take my order? And only five to get my order?? Why is the manager Franklin drinking around food (so unsanitary and a Covid-19’s no!)? I’m definitely calling cooperate. Why did I go in thinking I would save time versus the drive thru? Why where there over 12 employees working (I counted) working but I couldn’t be served in a timely manner? Why am I so confused at this situation? Am I wrong?????

Stopped for breakfast. Ordered…Paid only to be asked to pull up to wait on fresh chicken at 7:35am. I waited for over 8 minutes before attempting to knock on door (locked). Ended up pulling off after no one came out and I didn’t want to be late for work. Called back to speak with manager(Jonathan). Only to have him argue with me about how long it takes to cook the chicken and why did I leave. Unbelievable!!!! No apology! Just excuses and blaming me for leaving too soon🤦🏽‍♀️

Why doesn't anyone that works the drive thru say hello and thank you ?? I have had this experience more than one time and it's with the same woman at the "take your money window" and the same woman at the "get your food window". It so rude and and feel the manager should be made aware. Maybe he is but turning a blind eye to it?? Shouldn't this store be appreciative that I chose to buy breakfast at their place?? I could have easily went somewhere else but was hopeful that this visit would not be like the last one but I was wrong !!! Unfortunately I had to give 1 star to write this review but don't feel this Wendy's is deserving of even that. Hey Manager "give your people some training in customer service and to be thankful of patrons visiting your store". It is us the people that allow them to keep their jobs!!!!!

Terrible customer service! Went to this location and the staff was playing around and very rude. I didn’t receive some items and when I asked for them, the staff was rude about giving me what I paid for. I was rushed when my food was handed to me. It seemed as if all the teenagers were working tonight and just didn’t care, Everyone from the person taking orders, to the person collecting money, to the multiple people handing out orders. I asked to speak with the manager and he (Jonathan) acted as if he didn’t care what happened or would handle the situation. I understood the fact that they were busy but customer service is everything and it all could have been handled better and in a more professional way.

I LOVE this location and the employees and manager have always been so nice. Irritated with my experience with them this evening. Currently sitting in the drive through line waiting on a "pickup at counter" order. They told me too bad i cant come in, isn't that the whole point of ordering ahead? It's 9:45. The app gave me the option....The manager came and spoke to me, you would at least think he would hand me the food instead of making me get in line with 12 cars waiting.
